After storing my caravan on this site for 10 years without issues the owners decided to change the key fobs to enter and leave the site - not a problem I thought until I tried to get one of the new ones. On 3 separate occasions (once when picking up the caravan) of which 2 were in their quoted "office open times" I went to see about exchanging my fob but no one was there so I eventually left a message saying how difficult the process was and when could I get the fob exchanged - after 3 days the owner called me and said he was not happy with my message and asked me to leave - now at £195 for 6 months and paying on time for 10 years now I was very surprised at this but I have done just that. BEWARE - DO NOT SAY ANYTHING ADVERSE TO OR ABOUT THEM AS YOU TOO WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE!! read more
