I did have a flood a couple of years ago and half my house was gutted. I got several contractors to come in for estimates, look around and never get back to me. Mr. Maki looked the situation over and told me how it was. He said he was a smaller company and this was a near full demo job. It was just too much for him to handle. I mentioned how one guy came out and was extremely rude and that fellow had called me. I didn't call him. He explained to me that by listing it on angi, that other guy may have paid a hundred for the lead to call me. Then, he came out to the house and discovered that it wasn't a one-man job. Therefore, the guy was out the money. Not my fault. Mr. Maki even saw the exterior door was rotting when he looked things over. I didn't realize that. I saw how the former owner had patched it up. This guy is sharp. He tells you how it is. Not many left like him that's honest in the business.
