I expected to leave a message. The owner answered the call and let me know it was still under warranty. Their 5 year warranty follows the house and not the original purchaser. He was willing to come out immediately. While I was on the phone it was discovered that a mouse had made damage in my electric box. I didn't need him to come out as I was able to fix it myself. Obviously the warranty would not have applied to mouse destruction. I was very grateful that he took my late night call and was willing to come out with assurances my well was still under warranty. Fast forward 2 years my mother's house had no water Sunday of Labor day weekend. Again, they answered the phone and came right out. I needed a new pump and bladder tank. They quoted a price. I have a friend that used to manage a well company that said the price was fair even at regular rates. They replaced everything and my Mom is back in water. Great job Dohm!

The Centsible team was able to squeeze me in on an emergency heating call to fix my heating. My unit was from 2005, so it was time to get replaced. Derek measured out my house to ensure proper unit sizing for my furnace, which is not something I saw in common amongst other, more reputable, businesses in the area. Cory and Ryan did an excellent job with the installation. They even assisted with some simple duct cleaning and installing some hangars for the vent in my hard-to-access crawlspace. They did their work extremely clean and left nothing behind! Austin was also an extremely cool dude that helped with a minor service call afterwards, turns out was just a noisy duct. Paid a fair price compared to similar quotes, but received excellent service that is worth every penny.

They were fantastic, very flexible with their original estimate and helped us decide on adjusting the scope of the job to accommodate the additional work needed. Their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable also. They did a beautiful job, the concrete pour was great and they graded everything so that water now drains beautifully where we want it to go and away from the foundation. The entire crew was extremely friendly and conscientious, and they took great care to cover surrounding walls, foundation, etc with plastic so nothing got spattered during the pour. They also cleaned up everything beautifully afterwards, right down to replacing sod along the driveway and landscaping fabric and rocks in a garden area. They also did extensive concrete work for my in-laws who were equally pleased with their work. Highly recommend!

They inspected the job and discussed the scope of the project. A week later, I called for the bid. Stan got on the phone and said they weren't interested in bidding on the job. Said that they primarily handle commerical jobs. Whaat?? When I booked the appointment the woman asked if this was residential or commerical. She nor the guys that came out to look at the house never said that they don't do residential. I often wonder how businesses with poor customer service survive. I mean any professional SERVICE company that takes time to come and inspect a job submits a bid. My husband and I are both nice and professional people, so it's not like we offended them in anyway. They clearly are not interested in getting new business. I'd never recommend this company to anyone.
