I used Hart Piano Services for the first time this past week and I definitely give him 5 stars. It had been about 6 years since my piano had been tuned and it was definitely overdue. The website was very nicely put together and so easy to use. I put an inquiry in on the website to have him call me back, which he did very quickly. I had an appointment the next week and there was great communication by email and from him personally by telephone. He was very friendly and got my piano sounding better than ever.
