I received a response the same day promising the quote later in the day. They kept their first promise and the quote was very reasonable, particularly considering the cost to replace the furniture would have been five times the quote to refinish it. The next day I called and they promised I would be pleased with their work. They kept that promise but underestimated my delight upon seeing the finished project.
