Wish I didn't waste my money. That was a rip off. Should have read the reviews prior. The price for just exterior is ridiculous. The car came out dripping wet. The dryer was hardly working and no one was outside to finish it up with a cloth. I had to go find a worker and ask that they wipe the car down. The price is great for the unlimited car washes. It's a very busy car wash but the lines move pretty fast.

This location is an accident waiting to happen. Lines back up on to Franklin avenue blocking traffic in one lane. Residents can't get on or off their block because of the amount of cars that back up. You have every TLC driver in Nassau county and queens coming for the monthly package. This location is too small to keep up with the traffic it's bringing in. They have signs up that cars can't be standing beyond a certain point but you have no one working there enforcing the rule. read more

This is the worst car wash. I've been to in a long time. The wait times are long. The weight lines is disorganized and the staff don't really know what they're doing. Once you're online, you're kind of held captive to how long the weight will be and the wash itself is very short, left dirt on my car even though I paid for the highest available wash that was $20 plus tax. You have to wipe down your own car when you're done with the wash and there's no interior service available. I was most disappointed that I paid for the wash, that there was still dirt left on my hood and on my door that I had to clean off myself by hand. It was not so stuck on that it could not come off as I did get it off by hand, but the machines here did not get it off. I will not be back. read more

Honestly I regret paying 20 for the machine to just clean outside, my tires were still dirty so I do not recommend unless your in desperate need of a quick wash. I also didn't like how my mirror was bent back once I came out my car, you clean seriously damage someone's mirror in that car wash which I see some people have. Just left the new Harry's in Franklin Square, after being a monthly member at the RVC location for the past year...Trying to do something nice for my aunt, I take her car for a car wash - only to have the machinery break/crack her mirror. Unfortunately, the attended guided the car in wrong, which led the wheels to turn while neutral in the washing tunnel, which then ultimately led to the mirror getting caught on one of the spinners and cracking. The attendant came into the tunnel and claimed the car was already like this...Upon exiting the tunnel, we reported the damage and the owner informed me the best he could is glue it at a later date (due to the fact that they were closing shortly) because he could not be liable for an "old car". At least he was "nice" enough to refund me my $10 for the car wash considering now it'll cost me $100+ to have the mirror fixed..."old car" owners, monthly (non-valued) members, and general customers BE AWARE! Side note - the bird droppings (which was the original reason I wanted to take the car for a wash in the first place) is still on the windshield post-car wash...You honestly can't make this stuff up! My orthodontist is only 5 minutes away so I decided to try this car wash. The car wash was was pretty standard, easy signs so you know what you're getting. You pay either with credit card or cash before they take your car. I've gotten 2 car washes from here and the first one I thought was good but I later discovered that there were smudges left on the back bumper(but I was able to rub them out) The 2nd time there was still so much dust on the dashboard. If I'm in the area, I'll use this car wash, but don't expect perfection. read more

Usually, I have a pretty good experience with this place. I have been one of their monthly pass members since they opened. However, I went recently and had a very poor experience. There are two lanes one for the monthly pass members and another for people who are just coming in. There is a very clear space not blocking the street for the monthly pass members so I proceeded going around a car that was on the regular line. This customer became disruptive, honking his horn And getting verbal. One of the people at Harry's came up and explained that there are two lines and they do this to not block the traffic in the street, which makes sense. However, the customer I went around was not on the monthly pass line and proceeded into the regular line. When I told him Back out and let him in, he proceeded into the regular line. A Staff member once again came in and explained that we needed to leave. I tried to explain to him that I was a monthly pass member and I was in the right line while the other customer was in their appropriate line. However, the staff member urged that we leave. I'm not really sure what the point of having the monthly pass line is if they're not going to honor that. read more

Old style neighborhood car wash. This place is the type of car wash that was around 30 years ago- you pull in, pay the guy and go through. No fancy frills or hand waxing stations etc- just in and out in the span of about 20 feet ( or so it seems. They do an adequate job and it is cheaper than the other hi-tech places that are out there- good place to hit if you just have bird crap on the car. The entrance is very tight- a full 90 degree turn to get into the car wash proper - forget your big Escalades & Navigators. read more

My daughter went there to get her car clean and returned home upset because they did such a horrible job. This is what you get when you try to support the neighborhood businesses. She paid for a full car wash but they didn't even touch the back at all and when she confronted the owner about how the back of the car wasn't even cleaned he replied with attitude we don't do that. What??? so you wipe down half the car only. He didn't even try to help it was like we got paid now who cares. Fortunately for Harry's I had to give it a star because if not the review won't post but I'm not sure how this place expects to stay in business once people line up and are told that this is a "wash only " car wash! No interior cleaning as they have vacuums set up at the exit of the location so that you can vacuum yourself!! Oh and NO wipe down!! So I paid $19 , had water and soap thrown on my vehicle and then was told that's it! An hour later I had water and soap spots all over my vehicle! Brought mothers car to get a detail. Sucked. Refused to give receipt. The car still was filthy inside. Seats were still dirty. Just dusted the top. Dust falling out of the glove compartment. I don't know why all the negative reviews. I went here the other day for an exterior wash. It was $7 because of some special. I looked in my wallet and didn't have any money. The guy said no problem, they take debit and credit cards. The car came out in a few minutes and looked fine. The guys dried and it and wiped the windows inside and out. For $7 bucks this was a bargain. There other prices are low as well and it looked just as god as the fancy car washes. read more

I paid the giant owner guy with an attitude who collects the money $30+ to have my car hand washed here figuring I didn't want to send it through that old as time miniature car wash that's been there ever since I could remember, and they end up scratching the passenger side door/mirror pretty bad! Went there for the first time last Thursday. Was happy with the wash, but hours later I realized a billie club was stolen from my car. By the time I zoomed back there, they were closed. I went back the next day and nobody could tell me who was even in charge there, so I stormed out saying I'd be back Monday morning. Monday morning I spoke to a respectable-looking gentleman who claimed to be the boss. I told him what happened, and he just kept saying "I know my guys, they're not thieves." Later that day I told my neighbor what happened at that car wash. She told me, "I went there last month and when I got home I realized my sunglasses were missing, so I drove back there and the guy was WEARING THEM." I went here this past Saturday for a regular exterior wash, I left the car wash and noticed the entire side of my car was completely scratched from the brushes they used to clean my car. I have a practically new Honda Civic, and my car had 0 scratches on it when I arrived. I called to complain and kept getting the run around. Seriously, avoid at all costs!!!! read more
