From the minute Leonard answered his phone to five days later when he walked through my door to hook everything up he was nothing but professional. I signed up for credit card processing with Harrison Industries at my tire store & auto repair facility nearly 2 years ago. I have definitely saved more money and recieved better service than I did with either of the 2 previous companies that I dealt with. Since signing up with Harrison Idustries, I have had at least 2 other rate analyses done; and neither one was able to get me a better rate than I now have. Concerning service, I have only needed assistance on a couple of occasions; but when I did, Leonard always returned my calls in a timely manner and made sure that my issue/question was completely resolved.
