On the face of it, you will see a impressive showroom, but please be aware this is just a smokescreen, so they can charge you excessive amounts of money, we are disappointed the last feedback was removed, even though we were honest with the description. As you can see all the positive feedback is by the same person, as they cant spell. We are still dealing with multiple problems, left by their tradesman, and spent thousands rectifying an abortion of a job, with incorrect fitted pipes, sewage coming through the ceiling, and numerous other faults, that they have not rectified. I hope on this occasion feedback is left on so that potential customers can determine for themselves what nightmare they have signed up for. read more

Bought exactly the same shower from a different bathroom company at a fraction of the cost. They would say it wasn't the same but the manufacturing company and model number is the same as what they had in their showroom. Can't knock the showroom very impressive but you are paying way over the odds. read more

Exceptional sewrvice and a massive choice of suites.

Would give it no stars if I could. Dreadful company; started fitting a small bathroom in July and it still is not finished. The process is one of constantly chasing the company and also chasing the designated fitter (who doesn't answer the phone and who doesn't ring back to reply to a left message). We bought a very expensive bathroom from Harrison Bailey, but the contractor they sent to install it caused a flood into the room below. Unfortunately this happened while we were away and so considerable damage was done. Also, the toilet does not flush properly. This happened almost five months ago and we are still battling with them to sort things out. Be aware that Harrison Bailey went into liquidation last year and following a complicated buy-out, their head office is in Dubai. They do not have any concept of after care.
