I can't say enough about John. He's come out 4 times now to fix plumbing issues at my recently…read morepurchased home. Every time he's come out the problem gets fixed! Friendly, professional, competent and shows up when he says he'll show up. He even sticks around to give me suggestions on some of my personal improvement projects!! Recently I had a my water main break due to a root cracking the pipe. He comes out, on a SUNDAY mind you, digs in the dirt and comes up with an innovative solution. When he was done, I was floored by what he asked in compensation. He saved me THOUSANDS that day. His prices are so low that I usually pay him more than he asks for. Just seems unfair! Thanks John. I'll keep calling on you!

I needed two ceiling fans installed plus a old over there range microwave removed/new one put in. He quoted me a price based on the detail work involved with the microwave plus the hours. He came back and sprayed our lawn for cinch bugs and sod web worms on a Friday afternoon. By Monday 85% of our grass was dead. He came out to talk about it said that he refused to go through his insurance because it would raise his premium and he couldn't afford to sod it with St. Augustine (what we currently have) but he would seed it with a totally different grass. After thinking about it over the weekend we decided we wanted it sodded and not seeded. After letting him know what we decided we haven't heard from him since. Nothing. Not one word. I even paid to have him dig up a plant and the plant is still in the ground. The lack of customer service and integrity that this man has is unbelievable. I would NOT recommend using this company for anything.
