I found Laurelle A. Harris's style to be aggressive and combative, lacking in collaboration and customer facing skills or sensitivity. She is a lawyer who spent her time and my money fighting the client instead of fighting the case. Her communication style is obtuse and highly defensive especially when asked questions. She makes it clear you will save money if you don't interact and "let her do her work". To the contrary, that resulted in escalating costs with limited explanation or request for direction.
