My experience with Harris Brothers Piano Movers could not have been any better. I was surprising my husband with an antique upright (about 100 years old and about 800 lbs) from Jefferson to East Atlanta. I spoke with around 10 or more professional piano movers and not only was HBPM the most personable, professional and pleasant, they were also the most economical. They were so friendly and accommodating; Relle was wonderful to work with over the phone and spent time addressing all my concerns and answering all my questions. When the movers picked up the piano in Jefferson they even texted me their ETA so I could make sure my husband was out of the house for the surprise. When they got to my house, they moved it up a hill, up our steps and into our living room in about 15 minutes. They didn't scratch, dent or damage a single thing. They were extremely careful and precise with both the piano, my belongings and hardwood floors. I will always recommend Harris Brothers to anyone. They are professionals and you can trust them. I'm so glad I did. Thanks Harris Bros and Relle! read more

Harris Brothers was professional: punctual, friendly, and true to business terms. They moved an antique baby grand piano with all the correct equipment. I have been through a few piano moves and these men made the best move I have had so far. read more

The Harris Brothers arrived promptly on time to move our baby grand. They set it on a piano board and carefully removed the legs and pedals, then wrapped it in moving blankets. Getting it out of the house, down the steps, down a very steep driveway and onto the truck was a breeze for them. Plus, they were extremely polite and interesting to talk to. Thank you! read more

Double-Review for TWO Jobs Well Done! This was my first time using Harris Brother's, and it was first for my 1895 Hazelton Brothers Upright Grand. Finding new piano movers poses a risk, but they had competitive pricing and were readily available for scheduling - and it absolutely paid off!! These guys are so friendly and professional - from keeping me posted on their ETA and continuing to handle the move with grace all the way through to the end. They met my family to pickup the piano at the original location, and then came to my house and handled my extremely steep driveway with care and precaution. They had my upright moved into my basement within minutes! They did such a wonderful job that I used them again only one week later to move my second piano, this one a Kimball La Petite Baby Grand - up to my second (main) level. Yet again, they handled everything with complete caution, grace, and professionalism. I am now blessed to have two gorgeous, pristine pianos in my household thanks to this wonderful family! From my family to yours - you are the best! read more

Very unprofessional. Showed and and ran scared at my dog after I asked if it was okay. I wouldn't have had a problem putting the dog away for them, but the attitudes they came with were rude and unprofessional. They way they handled themselves told me they could not be trusted and we agreed it would be best if they left. They also showed up 45 min too early. Early is great, but not when you're not ready. One guy was nice, the other 2 I wouldn't trust to move my kitchen tea pot. read more
