Since this time they have asked my Insurance Adjuster for pictures. My Insurance Adjuster sent the pictures as well as a determination letter of fault. My insurance company stopped paying for my rental after 30 days. It has been 44 days since my vehicle has been in repair and Farah and Farah is not giving any answers. To me this is an abuse against the little person and they are a huge firm. Please help or advise. I am sure I am not the only person being abused in this way.

I know he's gotten a couple of late night phone calls from the firm but it still hasn't been filed. Every month that passes is more of a delay because you have to submit additional forms. If you do use these people, DO NOT PAY THE FULL AMOUNT AT ONCE! You might have a better chance of them doing their jobs so that way they receive more of the payments. Sacks & Sacks would be sacked by now if they didn't have my $2000!
