I made an online reservation and the dispatch guy called me a few minutes later to confirm. The driver came right when I asked, picked me up from Palo Alto and drove me to San Jose. Luckily there was no traffic and by the time we got there, I still had some time before my interview. I was hungry and we saw a McDonald's nearby. So the driver went over and got into the drive through line. I was worried about the meter and told him I'd just go inside and walk back to the office. But he said not to worry about the meter. Instead, he stayed in the drive through line, waited with me and even treated me to coffee! When we got back to the office for my interview, I pulled out my credit card (yes, there's an app for that!) and he didn't charge me the whole amount. (Don't remember the exact meter, but I paid something like $45 instead of $60) He said that since I was looking for a job, he didn't want me to pay full price as long as I wrote him a Yelp review. Not only did he calm my stresses about my interview, he treated me to coffee and gave me a huge discount......he TOTALLY MADE MY DAY!!!!
