Dr Teschner has a lovely office in a very old home on the historic registry. She converted it to an…read moreoffice and its beautiful. She is the best dr I know. She's so positive uplifting and nonjudgmental. She works hard to find out what's wrong with you. She explains every single step of the way. She's a beautiful person inside and out. I don't know where I'd be today had she not helped me a year ago. We need more dr like her

This place is a joke. It's a medicaid based doctors office so they feel like it's ok to slack…read morearound and leave you waiting for 5+ hours and have pts there until all hours of the night. It's pathetic to think that this dr feels like it is ok to interrupt a visit to discuss another pts private information with her office staff. The person who was reffered to as a nurse had no medical history at all. She was basically straight out of high school and had no clue what she was doing to say the least. She was just charting in my information and put in a false temp and o2 sat. The doctor confirmed this right in front of me while she was talking on her cell phone! This is not the standards of which any doctor should practice by.. not to mention if you try to get your medication refilled or get a referral to a specialist there is a high chance you could die before that happens. The turn over rate is horrible and you never feel comfortable telling a stranger what's going on with your personal medical issues every time. It's ridiculous in every aspect... and don't go in for a well visit bc you will 99% of the time leave sick bc it's dirty as all get out! The seating reeks of death and looks like it's been urinated in more than once.. but once you see and smell the bathroom I guarantee the seating is a better option.. I'd almost rather soil myself then sit on or even hover that toilet. Very unprofessional and the lady who works the front will tell you all of the doctors deep dark secrets. My favorite one was the one about the time she found the doctor passed out in her car. Oh and don't bother getting an early apt time bc the dr isn't in until 10 or later. She spends the majority outside in the shack behind her office smoking... hopefully it's only cigarettes. That's just a few things I can think of off the top of my head but I know I will never step back into her office and waste my valuable time. Also if you have medicaid she will waste up all your visits bc she doctors not only you but her billing as well.. first doctor I've ever known to Google symptoms to come up with a diagnosis in the office while your in the room with her!

Over a month ago, I scheduled an appointment with Dermatology Specialist. I am a new patient here…read moreand decided to go with this doctor due to their availability. I really needed to get in sooner but this was the first available. While setting the appointment, the office set me up an account, got my insurance information and personal information. They told me a date and time and I confirmed with them the time specified. The day finally comes for me to come in and I noticed that I had not received a reminder text or call, which I thought was unusual as most doctors these days will send a reminder. I get to the office 25 minutes early to take care of new patient paperwork and I was told no appointment was set. They have my account information that was set up that day but they did not actually have an appointment for me. I had moved around meetings at work to make the time they had told me and driven nearly 45 minutes to get here. I expressed my concern as they looked for other available days nearby. They agreed to see me today but set it for hours later than my appointment time. I sat in the waiting room watching patient after patient come in to the waiting room and go back for treatment. Finally my name was called. The assistant put me in a room and asked me what I was there for. I told her a few concerns and said I would like an overall check up. The assistant left the room and returned with a paper gown. The doctor was very thorough, Listened to everything I had to say, and seemed generally interested In addressing my concerns. I'm pleased they were able to work me in but feel like it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with if the office had set the appointment line they told me. I will say however that those who had an appointment that did not get messed up were seen fairly quickly.,
