I love love love Dr Morgan. She is an awesome doctor who takes the time to really get to know her patients. The staff have always been friendly and concerned about my care when I go - no matter if it is regular visit for maintenance meds or if I have a serious issue. Highly recommend this facility. They have been serving Gadsden for very long time for a good reason! read more

Went in and still of helping me for what I came in for they won't to start taking me off all my medications I got up and walked out because they won't to send me to send me to a sackacs to talk to I didn't even go in for that. there for that I am not crazy. Slow to call you back and the seats you are expected to sit on is hard as a rock with no cushion and when you get into the back the waiting don't stop plan on being in there somewhere between 2-3 hours each visit no matter if you make an appointment or not read more

Normally I sing the praises of Doctors Care... I went last Friday and was there 3 hours... I was forgotten in room 10... A medical assistant noticed I was still there, waiting on my x-ray results... The nurse practitioner apologized. Dr Bailey left and never came and saw me, so Dr Buck came in for damage control... This was just disappointing... I was in a lot of pain, due to my back... 3 hours was a long time to spend... I came out one time and tried to get the attention of a nurse/MA, and she finally took her ear pods out and looked at me like I was bothering her... I told her I was supposed to be getting an x-ray... She told me to be patient... Well, I was, and I was still forgotten... I normally see Dr Morgan, and she wasn't there... I completely fell through the cracks... Just very disappointed.. read more

Horrible they refused to give me my medicine because my doctor wasn't there they took my Money for my copay said the other doctor would write me my prescription now I'm going threw withdrawals I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone read more

Doctor's Care is great! Quick, convenient, able to take x-rays, labwork, immunizations,make referrals when needed. Unless it is flu season or something similar, the wait time is usually not long and you find out what is the matter with you, unless you need hospitalization or CTscans, etc. I do not like having to go to several different locations for blood work and other things needed for a diagnosis! read more

I have been using this doctor's office most of my life, and over the years I've had many experiences, most were good but some were bad. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Saxon or Dr. Wilcox, those two are my personal favorites and both are very friendly and knowledgeable. read more

My parents go here and I have also tried to get help with my health issues there. I have been very disappointed by their entire staff. After my mother's spinal fusion surgery we showed up for an appointment and waited no less than 2 hours (my mother didn't need to sit this long) for an unsatisfactory and inaccurate blood test and the nurse who drew the blood seemed like we were bothering her and we were interupting her time with her cell phone. Her slow fat waddle and rude behavior almost made us storm out and her ineptitude caused us to have a dangerous delay in the diagnosis and required another blood test from the hospital. Today my father has waited 4 HOURS!!!! He has still not been seen. Completely disgusted by them. It is hard to beleive that they are that busy when there are 5x more staff members than patients and every time I have been there as a patient or with my parents I did not feel like the diagnosis was helpful. Some people shouldn't be in the healthcare business and I have yet to see one at that facility. Don't go here if you care about your life or value your time. read more
