I got the eyeliner for both upper and lower lids, and the upper lid fills back at the beginning of April 2021. I wanted to wait so I could provide a complete review. I am 100% satisfied. Moon was kind in regards to my anxiety against needles, he numbed my eyelids, and he tried to distract me with conversation.
