Had I been notified I would have taken care of the matter instantly. So now, 4 weeks later, I am being charged $50 and have to submit future rent via a money order rather than check. So the review I read about Kim working with you sure doesn't apply to me. She does not timely respond, if at all, and to charge me for something I knew nothing about, even after asking, is not good business.
