The type of care received here depends solely on the staffs competence. With the exception of one nurse named Tori, who I feel is doing the best she can. The entire facility is filled with caregivers who zombie themselves from one task to the next. Giving the wrong medicine to my loved one in there and lying about it. The snide comments made by an elderly blonde nurse named Kim (affectionately nicknamed by me as Nurse Ratched) how obviously is a miserable human being and hope she's never at the mercy of a nurse like her. There is no bedside manner at this facility. It's obvious they're extremely understaffed or it ran by the most incompetent employees imaginable. Taking 6 staff members to fix one simple call button. The doctors (not specialists they've had to call in) never seeming to have an answer for anything. Google making a better doctor than most. Making appearances once in a blue moon. Almost as if they'd had to have been dragged out of bed to do their job. The type of care is abysmal here. And a train wreck waiting to happen. It takes an act of congressional approval to get a cup of water in a timely fashion. The staff haven't even changed a bandage in two days. They're just a lawsuit waiting to happen. The administration not consulting the patient on how they wish to receive their care or to be transferred. Almost as if they're holding their patients hostage to either milk the insurance Or to cover their tracks. I wouldn't even go to Boone for a bandaid. Because you'd probably end up with your kidney taken out. My loved one is in there for an infection and they have yet to even so much as take a culture. I do not even have to say "they don't SEEM concerned" they are NOT CONCERNED, about the health of any of their patients. Taking 13 hours to get a bed. No regular check ins on their patients. Good luck getting your medicine on time, or even getting the right medication. The rudeness and incompetence of the staff is unfathomable. This is a grand example of everything wrong with the healthcare system today. It's almost degrading to humanity itself. Not to mention their WiFi is garbage. No wonder their parking lot is empty. This is an example of why we need a zero star function on this app. There's not many reviews because the patients they have taken care of probably can't leave a review after going there.

I was there all day and you can't find muscle or tendon damage on an X-ray (even I know that) so after I had been there all day they told it was a sprain and recommended I go to a hand specialist. Then wanted me to pay 110.00 for service that I didn't even get! Needless to say it was a total waste of my whole day
