Once a relationship is formed, she interviews you on what you look for in a house. She is flexible enough to change as your preferences change, but her memory is sharp and the houses she shows you reflect that. Laura looks at the bones of a house and is brutally honest. She'll tell you if an issue is cosmetic or structural and if she doesn't feel comfortable leaving you with a house, she'll let you know. We did not experience any bumps down the road when filling out paperwork, so I assume she did her job flawlessly. In conclusion, the Tennant Team is the BEST real estate team in the Omaha area.
