I was hacked in Zelle at US Bank, and reports of Zelle problems at many bank, this was a third party service, which i think has been fixed now. Regarding lost or stolen cards, like any bank you have to call Core's service line for lost or stolen cards to get that fixed any time day or night. I have never had a problem getting a card canceled at any time. If you use about any bank and go to the same branch eventually they get to know you, and treat you like family, that has been my experience at Core Bank. And of course if I get a new person they always follow procedure to get my special password to perform a transaction. they have double authentication on their online app and it seems to always work well. I have not gotten a loan at Core but like any bank your rate and ability to get a loan are based on your credit worthiness and history. I have used many banks, and I have found Core to be my favorite.
