I've been going to Janice every couple weeks for her amazing Reiki Hypnosis combo sessions. Janice is so welcoming, warm, inviting, easy to talk to and share things with, supportive, nurturing, and an amazing holistic healer and wise woman. The guided hypnosis journeys are so beautiful and powerful. Each time is a different journey and Janice intuitively knows exactly what I need for that day. She emails the hypnosis recording to you the day after your session and she even texts you to check in on how you're doing! I feel that Janice truly cares and goes above and beyond for her clients. The whole experience is very peaceful, therapeutic, healing, and an all around relaxing experience to unwind and give lots of Love and healing to yourself. I love that the treatment room is also filled with lots of amazing crystals and healing tools you can look at before and after your session. There's a bathroom connected to the room and she provides cold water bottles after your session! Working with Janice has been such a worthwhile investment in my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual Well-Being and I'm SO grateful I came across their website! First up was the salt cave experience , which I found relaxing and rejuvenating (once I figured out how to recline my chair ) . Next was the hand and foot detox - you put your hands and feet on these heated Salt lights and just sit back and relax . The hands felt good , but my feet got way too hot and it actually burned. Only after the session did I find out that I was able to adjust the temperature (they should have let us know that ahead of time ) . Overall , in addition to a chair massage I purchased for $1 a minute, (from another vendor that attended the event ) I had a relaxing evening to treat myself .

The service I receive is always great and I feel welcome when I am inside the business. I also enjoy the gift shop with a whole bunch of unique finds. The salt cave has lots of services which they offer and I'm always looking for a new way to relax. I have even had multiple girls days where we have done the sauna and the foot/hand detox. My mom and me also went for our teeth whitening. I think it's awesome they offer the salt cave for a whole family experience. They welcome my whole family the kids and all ages my youngest is 1 and oldest is 6. They had toys for the kids to play in the salt with and they had so much fun. Not to mention all the benefits they received while not even noticing it at all!! I do highly recommend this salt cave and the experiences they offer.

The way Jason was able to explain and help to heal me was unlike any other experience I've had. it's one of the best experiences I've ever had for myself. It was 2.5 hours. It was draining emotionally and also enlightening and invigorating at the same time. Hoping to become a weekly client , because it's the best therapy I could ever gift to myself. I work in the East Aurora area and was looking for someone local. I saw Alicia in a google search so I thought I'd give her a try. In my experience, some, not all therapists will find trouble areas that you don't complain about and they will work those spots too. I feel that is a good indicator of a quality massage therapist. Alicia did just that. The deep tissue work she did was intense! I was sore for days however, she did ask if the pressure was too much. I said I was ok, apparently not! I asked her about stretching and other things I try to keep my back loose. She made recommendations to help in between appointments. Overall, the work she did was top notch. My only complaint is she does not have water available when massage is done. All others I've been to offer bottled water or tea. Make sure to bring water for after which is important after a massage. This is a minor inconvenience considering the quality of Alicia's work!
