I dropped off my daughters SUV for a clunking noise in the front end. Tanner got me in and looked the truck over in good time especially considering how busy his shop is. He got it diagnosed and fixed in just less than a normal work day. He also gave the truck a thorough inspection looking for any other potential maintenance needed. we were pulling horses from St. George to Idaho and we were pulling horses as well! driving through Nephi we Blew a tire on our horse trailer in the middle of the Hot Utah summer. we pulled into this place and they were BUSY! mind you it's July 3rd and everyone is getting last minute tire and oil changes before they leave town. they saw our need and our horses and quicker than I could even blink they changed all 4 tires and they did it all out in the parking lot in the heat! Needed the tires on my jeep swapped, had all the rubber just needed them mounted and balanced, called them at 1:00 and they told me to bring it in and they would get it done by 5:30. We got a flat in the middle of nowhere. Highway patrol told us that they would contact Harmon tire and that they would call us. It was after hours and Tanner has to drive to the middle of nowhere. The highway patrol told tanner there wrong spot and he drove there, and called and said "were are you?" When he realized he went to a different place that was a bit away he was so apologetic. When he got to us he fixed our tire and got us. Ack in our road trip. He didn't charge us for mileage, in the middle of nowhere more than an hour from Nephi, and went above and beyond. I was on a road trip to Bryce Canyon when my Jeep Wrangler began shaking on uneven road at the speed limit (80 MPH). I thought for sure that I had a flat tire, so I pulled onto the shoulder, but my passenger got out and walked around with no sign of tire damage, and my screen indicator showed all four tires were fully inflated. This happened three times before I could exit the freeway to Nephi. First, I tried going to a place with "Alignment" in large letters across from the gas station. The guy there only does big rigs, but he said "I know where you need to go: Harmon Tire." Well, he was right, because when I got to Harmon, Justin took care of my problem without taking care of my problem. As soon as I described what was happening, he asked if I had ever owned a Jeep before. No, I had not. Had I ever heard of the Jeep "Death Rattle?" Uh, no, not ever. Apparently, those in-the-know, eventually expect to experience the Death Rattle with Jeeps when on uneven pavement at higher speeds. Just in case, he put my Jeep on the rack and examined the tires and suspension. Everything checked out. He cleared me to continue my road trip with these simple instructions: slow down to about 50 MPH, and when the shaking stops, resume travel. I was there for at least a half-hour, and Justin would not accept payment for his efforts. That is real service, folks. read more
