I assumed they would handle it because I paid for it in full and washed my hands of the situation. 2+ years later I find out that the results promised were not met, he did not do anything I couldn't have done. My question is why the heck did I pay this guy $***.**?? I called up the seemingly only person that works at this office to understand why it wasn't dropped (like I was promised[which is the only reason I paid the guy]) and the receptionist was very impatient and unprofessional, yes I was irritated, but both times I talked to her she slammed the phone down and hung up. Now maybe I'm new to the world of lawyers, but hanging up on clients is unacceptable.
