Stopped in here just so I could say I've gotten to visit a Harley dealer in another country (and continent!) than in the U.S. I was hoping to also get some gear that said Sao Paulo or Brasil on it. My Portuguese is pretty much nonexistent, so a lady working at the service/accessories counter pulled over one of the salesmen who spoke excellent English. I asked about if they had any Sao Paulo poker chips and if they had many shirts or items that said Sao Paulo or Brasil. The salesman was very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. I also spoke to another customer in the store who spoke English and had a great experience with both of them.
As it was explained to me, 99% of their customers are Brazilians who want American Harley branded gear, not Brasil ones, so they don't carry them. He did say he has said something to the management before about it and he would mention it again to them for me as well to carry things like the poker chips.
I didn't get a chance to, but they appeared to have an indoor path you could test ride a Harley on which was pretty neat. read more
