As go all car dealers - great service when it comes to making a sale but once the sale is made that is where a dealer's the is to be seen.
Francecar do a decent job at after sales and their service unit is effective, just slow - so if you're planning to come here for servicing have ample time in hand or be prepared to leave your car for more time than initially advised.
