In just the three short months that my husband, our two kids and I lived under their so-called "management", it was nothing short of miserable. It became very clear from the beginning that Alpha and it's owners/staff do not care about the well-being of their tenants, and will do anything to try and squeeze every last dollar out of you that they possibly can. Multiple members of the staff have no problem hanging up on you during telephone calls, and completely ignoring communication in general. They try to avoid any encounter that they can with you, because they know what they're doing is wrong and disgusting. Alpha had been completely aware that my family and I had been forced to live in a moldy, cockroach infested, outdated, and dirty apartment once they took over management, but did absolutely nothing but brush us off and completely disregard our safety and health and continued to allow us to live in hazardous conditions. Alpha were also 110% aware that my husband and I had no current lease, as the last landlords were just as negligent as these ones are, and did not care to write up and sign a current one. But they somehow still expected us to follow rules that we could not possibly have been aware of without the lease. They also have yet to return our full security deposit, (which was also 30 days overdue on their end), and even with us providing proof that they are indeed attempting to steal that remaining money from us, they are refusing any further contact. Dealing with Alpha and Omega to the extent that we have has just been a complete nightmare. Time after time of being bullied, ignored, and stolen from by this company, and they still want more after we left 3 months ago. Charging us "rent" for a week that we did not spend in the apt. because we did not return the key to the office, which was not brought to our attention beforehand, and we, AGAIN, had no way of knowing their expectations. Meaning that they once again do not do their full job and make sure their tenants are fully vacated, even 6 days after we said we'd be gone. Their carelessness, negligence, unprofessional behavior and the way they go about their business is something to be ashamed of. Please DO NOT rent from this company, unless you like doing business with liars and thieves. Absolutely disgusting. Wish 0 stars were a legit rating because this company doesn't deserve even 1 star.

I did my best reseaching online 1200 miles away, because I needed a surveyor to do a job on a home I'm buying in Mansfield Ohio. I reached out to friends at the local police department, asking around. The name Matt Hanning kept coming up as THE MOST RELIABLE surveyor in the tri-county area. I initiate contact with Matt from South Florida and I'm glad I did. He was able to provide me with some initial information that I needed. He even volunteered to head out to the property to take a look, providing me with some initial answers.... Thanks Matt!!!...I then met with Matt, weeks later when I was in Mansfield for the closing of our home. First meeting with Matt, I utilized what I was taught in the 25 years as a Police Officer, looking at his body language to seek deception and or if he was hiding anything...Let me tell you what I learned. 0% deception detected. He was very open and extremely friendly. As a matter of fact, the best term I can describe Matt, is that he is the kind person that you would want to date your sister or a friend.....He then completed the job at the timeline he promised, but faster. His price was extremely fair and his final drawing, exceptional. Sink ipes cam unglued one day, water flooded the entire kitchen & Living Room ! Mold developed in the living room carpet, which bolded up the carpet! I had to suck out the water for days open all windows, and use large fans to dry it all out ! Then had to place large wooded planks down onto carpet to pull the carpet back down! Then has it tried to try out the mold developed and it cost me lot's more money to draw up the mold, took months ! In the mean- time! I got very sick living in that house, the mold became unbearable to breath and there began a lot of physical sickness in my lungs and even started to bleed every time I peed! It was a mess ! Kitchen window is cracked you will need to installed it cause strong winds will blow thru it and your house will remain very cold ! Upstairs spare bed room has leaks coming from top of window, due to a leak in the roof ! They won't repair on it either! There is a "Water Well I'm back of house by bathroom window area it is wild opened and leveled to the ground, no lid to protect a child from falling thru and drowning. The basement is a dirt floor, leafing walls underneath the steps, has several cracks on that wall! Spiders every where in the basement, handing from the wood rafters, you will need to spray viniger into the air to chase them away ! Back property wooded fence is all fallen down they will not fix nor place it back up ! There are termites in cut down tree stumps , eating away at the little house ! They will do nothing about that either ! Raccons live in the tree's they will come out at night ! Pester your dog to do nothing but brak ! All Night Long ! Your step porch has large gaps in between them cat's and other animal's will build a place to live under there! Such a constant problem ! I lived there from 2016 to 2017 ! 3 acres of grass to cut at this property! You must have 3 to for good laen.m
