I have to say, at the Rest Area I-90 WB Blue Earth, it was very hot and there were a lot of mosquitoes. My wife and I, a 2-year-old son, and a 3-month-old daughter. Finally, after waiting for two hours, I called the 911. Thank you very much to the 911 operator who helped me find a towing service. I cannot say enough about this shop! Our 19 year old son was driving cross country alone when he…read morenoticed an issue with his truck. We looked online and found Richard's and called ahead of him as it was close to their closing time. Not only did they hold a lift open for him, they stayed late, diagnosed the issue and got the part for him. It was too late to do the repair that day, so they called us to let us know what was wrong with the truck, drove him to a safe hotel and promised they'd get him back on the road safely first thing in the morning. And they delivered! Our son was back on the road no more than an hour after they opened for the day. And the price was more than fair. Our day was made by Connor in the Hawkins body shop. Having…read morehit a snowplow drift earlier in the day, our fender was dislodged and looked like it would fall apart. We called the body shop and were able to get in for an estimate within a half hour. Connor looked at fender cover, went and got a screw, and after manipulating the fender cover into position, put the screw in and we were good to go. He said there was no charge, as it would be more work to write it up than what the charge would be. We were soooooo Thankful to have this potential problem solved so quickly and easily. He remembered my dad from a sale almost 20 years ago. When we went to test drive the car, he was there, answering any questions we had, showing us how things worked, encouraging us to go on a long drive, etc. When it came to buying the car, he did everything he could to work with us. Since I'm in Wisconsin, he and the office crew researched how much it would cost to title and plate the car here, as well as what sales tax I'd have to pay. He also turned over all the papers they had gotten from the previous owners, gave me a temporary MN permit so I'd be legal to drive home, etc, etc. When we picked up the car (the service department removed the tint for us), the service guys were super friendly and helpful. We've also had a previous experience here -- back in 2009 we had a PT Cruiser that we had bought elsewhere, and since they were the local Chrysler dealer, we contacted them to put in a block heater. They did it quickly, inexpensively, and were very friendly to work with despite the fact that we did not go to them for service or anything. These guys are truly fantastic, and they stand behind both their new and used vehicles. As things stand currently, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I had a 2005 Dodge Magnum I bought off a guy on facebook and after about a year started noticing…read morethe transmission was shifting funny. Did research online and found the TCM needed a software update. Now working at a local repair shop of my own I was leary about going to another shop, but we don't have the technology to do software updates. While talking to Duane I was told that my car had been set up with engine performance updates which was throwing the car for a loop. They reset the engine computer and reprogrammed the rest of the computers in my car, and I will say the car drove like a dream after that. I also brought in my 2011 Dodge Durango for a seat belt retractor issue. They got me in right away the day after I brought it to them, got it fixed and got the car back to me all within a couple days. All in all I will say these guys are awesome and will work with anyone. They have been willing to help and take care of any questions that I have. I will not hesitate to go to them in the future for anything.
