I have been in and out of there repeatedly throughout my garden project with queries and each time I was given time and help I needed. The boys cut the wood to the sizes i needed to help me make the job easier and calculated the best way to use my materials with minimal wastage. Bri was extremely encouraging and helped me get the confidence I needed to complete my project and start other jobs in my home that I had previously not attempted. The delivery guys were also amazing, taking an interest in my project and putting the materials where I wanted them. The guys in the store always managed to fit my delivery on to earlier delivery days which was super helpful and the guys in the yard were always ready to help me load the car and offered to cut anything I needed if I took it home and it wasnt quite right. Overall the service I have received with DG Heath has been amazing. I have already recommended them to loads of friends and family. The order was for my daughters home and the delivery service was superb. The order had 1 small part damaged and they replaced it without any fuss. I have walked passed on numerous occasions and admired the composite decking and the wooden fencing but never actually gone inside until this week. The showroom has a large selection of quality internal wooden flooring and doors. I will definitely return here for any products that I may require in the future. I believe that customer service is a vital part of running a good business and this business has the best I have received in a very long time. If anyone is doing any work around the home i would definitely look here for your purchase you will struggle to compare with any other supplier.

We have…read morebeen trying for ages to get a good carpenter to come and fix our shower base which had gone rotten due to a leak. We found that some carpenters thought the job too small and not worth them doing. Fortunately we were told about S.S. Carpentry and he was fantastic. Came to look at the job, saw what was needed to be done and priced if for us there and then. No hourly rate, just a straight cost. We knew where we were with him. He came the next day and was fab. Got on with the job quietly and generally pleasant all round. He has restored my faith in tradesman. I have no problem in recommending him to friends for work.

Located on the main road their office can be very difficult to park outside especially because of the double yellow lines and abundance of traffic wardens.
