She then asked me if I had an account with them, I answered that I didn't. She then left the cubicle saying that she needed to contact her "supervisor". I was left there to wait for (approx.) 10 minutes before another woman (I assume was the "supervisor") entered the cubicle. She looked at me as if I had just gotten there and asked, " can I help you??". I explain (all over again) that I was looking for a notary for some documents. She then asked (again) if I had account with them. I replied (again) that I didn't, just the same as I had told the other associate. She then snapped back at me that they couldn't help me unless I had an account with the bank. Rude and condescending. Then when I went to the bank in person with the issue they literally never even helped me fix that and wouldn't even try even tho someone told me I had to set up an appointment for it, which I TRIED to do and they never even set anything up with me, I tried to get the app to work for like 3 years, what a joke. I'll just use another bank at this point

During the survey their typically rude employee they put me on hold for 10 minutes after I complained about how much of my time she was wasting. I kept the account long enough to finish the current transactions including credit card processing while I opened an account with another bank. I got rid of them and would never do business with them again.

We've been treated with the utmost respect, never had rude or upsetting experience. I've recommended probably 20+ people including family members. Just last week, 02/14/2025 hubby deposited his check and saw that $19, 450.40 had been taken from our savings account. He hadn't even left the teller when he pointed it out. He was promptly taken to the office area, was told that the money had been taken out within the last 90 minutes. They started an investigation right then! The person used a Coin dealership on line (reputable) selling gold, silver, palladium? etc. By that evening the money was put back in our account with "provisional" on it. By the next day, provisional was removed. Also APG sent an email and phoned us when the transaction took place! I wasn't home, and didn't turn my phone on, my mistake. Just wanted to give another opinion of APG!
