I was polite, interested, and asked questions about the products (since we're undertaking two bath renos), but what she subjected me too was hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It was one of those, "O My God, is this woman for real ?!". And I wish the exchange was filmed because her boss should see it. This woman was rude, dismissive, and borderline aggressive. She had no idea who I was but treated me like I was gum on her shoe. Every question was met with animosity. Do yourself a favour, if you want to enjoy your shopping, avoid her. You can't miss her. She looks like Dolores Umbridge, minus the pink suit.

After shopping at Food Basics, I spotted the garden centre at this Home Depot next door. I immediately drove over to park in front of it and walk in. There was lots of parking. There were also plenty of shopping carts. I enjoyed looking at all plants, cactuses, and more. There was soil and fertilizer galore. It's a decent garden section with plenty of selection. I had to use the washroom. It's sort of set up the same way as the Home Depot that I frequent in Markham. Washrooms are to the right of the entrance. The women's washroom was clean. I looked at fans and central air conditions units. They were effective standing in front of them to cool down. They were also reasonably priced. My dad recently bought Ortho Ant Bgon Max spray. He had ants coming into the kitchen and even the front door as if they were a part of the family. I have noticed that there haven't been any ants since he used this spray. It works! I liked coming here to look at plants. I don't need any for now, but it's nice knowing that this Home Depot has a decent garden centre. (259)

I asked a question, she just didnt seem interested in helping us. Yelled an answer from across the room. I asked a second question a few mins later, she hurriedly answered while pointing to a display across the room. This is why pple go to homedepot - at least they get some semblance of someone attempting to help them. For goodness sake, you have the word tile in your name-we come here expecting expertise and service - left with a horrible taste in our mouth. Considering we were ready to spend thousands, they just lost some business. Another lady walks in and at least she was acknowledged and got a "what can i help you with?" Must have been the right color. Overall horrible service from the lady working there -do better. We dont ask for much just someone to help with simple questions considering we are novices.

Fingers crossed you don't have any install problems after they have finished as you will not get anyone to come back and repair. We have one board in kitchen where the nail did not go in correctly and it created a small lift in the wood and every time we step in and around this area it is a loud squeak. We have asked to have it fixed and the "dad/owner" Stan refuses to come back to repair saying we treated his son and Chester badly while they were here And because we didn't "tip" the boys when done. After paying just under $10,000.00 didn't realize a tip was required. But in any event, tip or no tip very poor customer service after install. if you decide to have service with this company or any dealings for flooring, fingers crossed you do not have any issues with your flooring after. The job will not be rectified.
