They never apologized. They haven't lifted a single finger to get this situation resolved. Their billing office is trying to bill me $678 and I have FULL coverage insurance that haven't heard a word about this video visit. They have all of my information including g my insurance. When I decide I won't see this Dr again, they are now refusing to provide me with my prescriptions and orders the Dr provided to me the day of my visit. I have filed a formal complaint the Medical Board. Now this office is refusing to respond or return any of mine or my I sit ace calls and emails. RUN. I'm telling you, it's not worth it

So to say the least he was the only Dr. willing to put my mind at ease concerning my baby. Just for anyone wondering I was already at the end of my second trimester and I was considered an at risk pregnancy. I literally had no idea of being pregnant because I was having normal cycles and I wasn't having any issues except for extreme fatigue. The end of my second trimester was when I started throwing up and not just a little, like it would be bile and I couldn't stop for hours and then I would be so wore out and feel like I had the flu because I would be so sore and I would even get chills. My tastebuds has also started changing where I couldn't even drink a sip of soda with out it tasting like motor oil. I could only drink water, coffee and occasionally some apple juice or cranberry juice. So I salute the staff and Dr. Patel for not only putting up with my issues but for taking great care of my family! My beautiful baby boy is happy and healthy thanks to this wonderful Dr.

I appreciate the team having a personal connection with their patients and their due diligence to make sure that we as weight loss surgery patients need to be on top of our testing on a regular basis. Wasn't long and off we went. A couple of X-rays and into the patient room. Wasn't long and I met with Shannon PA-C. We went over things and suggested some PT so got tht set up. Recheck I. A couple months. Was a good visit and the best part is they got me out before my appt time which is great. So far the quality has been good.
