Tile choices include slate, glass and speciality tiles while stone choices include granite, marble, quartz and Caesarstone. In addition to selling a wide variety of materials, NTM makes custom countertops, backsplashes, vanities and fireplaces. The showroom alone is enough to make you want to tile every surface of your home. While my project was very small, a 48" bathroom vanity, I was treated the same as if I had been ordering a whole kitchen or choosing tiles for a whole house. I'm sure that NTM is the not the most inexpensive place in town. However, the service and advice was top quality. The staff endured my lack of design and decorating knowledge in a warm and patient manner. They held my hand and walked me through countertop possibilities, all the while indulging my lack of knowledge and indecision without any condescension. Samples were freely provided as was advice regarding wear and tear and cleaning. Even if your budget doesn't permit buying here, you should certainly stop by for some inspiration.

It's discouraging when a company does not provide their valued customer with a few simple answers regarding their product. I actually called another countertop company from different province to answer my inquiry. Really disappointed in their lack of customer service loyalty.

They do extremely shoddy work and charge too much for it! When the work was first done, I was not happy with it and two different people redid some of their work because they could not believe how bad it was. Then in late summer I had to have someone take one of their cabinets apart, because when they built it they did not allow access to what it was built to cover. How stupid can you get?? I continued to be unhappy with the work they did and complained to my designer again about how angry I was. The design firm I used was going to get the head of the company to come to my home to look at the job. But then I had a contractor friend look at it and I didn't even have to tell him what was wrong. He saw everything right away and pointed out all of the mistakes to me and told me how it should have been done. He also told me that he's had to clean up other jobs this company has done because they do such bad work. He's going to fix all of their mistakes for me and fixing it means taking one entire wall unit apart and rebuilding part of it .. it's not just a small fix.
