In fact, stay away from bathrooms with these guys. Bathrooms are not their thing. But if you want nice cabinets and work-work done, even painting, they are great at it. Do not count on reliability however, they often do not respond to your e-mails and texts, and in fact, left our renovation incomplete. They did not even respond when our son died, and because we were having family coming, we needed the renovation finished and at the very least, the toilet that they first installed and it didn't work and they left in our rec-room, removed. We had to call someone else to remove it for us. They made many mistakes, such as, not leveling the floor before putting the flooring down, therefore, they had to remove it all, and redo the floor. The plumbing and toilet was installed and the toilet backed up into the shower. They had to completely remove everything and build the floor up in order for the toilet to work. It still didn't work, so they had to buy a new toilet system. I could go on. Paul and Bill however are nice guys, and I just wish they had been communicative and talked with us. They lost money I know, yet, I hoped they would have learned something from this experience.

I am fixing and adjusting the drawers and slideouts monthly, with some having become completely unusable. I have had MCK in to repair but then a few days or week later, broken again. We have been what I would consider light users of our kitchen and take good care of it. The wood scuffs very easily and where we got a cream colored finish, it is looking very dumpy very quickly. I would never recommend MCK based solely on the very poor quality product they deliver.

They've been replace 3 times, yes you read that right 3 times and there are still 4 doors that STILL need to be replaced. The first time they replaced our doors 2 of them were not even the same finish, the third time 3 doors had 'soft' paint that felt like rubber and marked easily as well as full of picks and small pin holes in the paint. When our quartz countertop was installed it had 2 noticeable chips. The chips were fixed to our satisfaction but we are extremely disappointed with the terrible quality of our cupboard doors.....4th time is the charm??? We hope so.

I went on the referral of my folks whom had dealt with them back when they were AC&H.. because they were always good with prices of hardware. I was (and still am... SPOILER ALERT!) in search of 20 or so drawer and cupboard pulls for my kitchen. They have a great, concise (if not put into a smaller space) display area for their retail sales. They are pretty contractor/decorator heavy business, so understandably, the retail side is a little less populated. But after looking through all the options, I picked a few out, and the woman had to look up the SKU numbers. They all came out to over 5 dollars (which when you consider I need 20.. is a little ridiculous).. so I had to work my way out of that sales situation. The woman was pleasant to her credit, especially when I heard the price and she got the feeling I wasn't looking to pay that much, and I appreciated that. But if you're not worried about price too much, then Richelieu is the place for you. (How's that for a tagline)
