I called the Jason Global emergency line. They called me back that night (Sunday at 8:00 pm) and had a rooofer out the next morning to do the repair. Of particular note: They honoured the warranty and did the repair no cost even though it had expired a couple of days previously. This kind of great customer service is pretty rare these days.
