I like Hardee's their biscuits they're gravy they're coffee. They actually have coffee sitting on the counter so you don't bother them so you just walk up to the counter anytime you need coffee and get you a free cup and they're so very nice when they're open and they speak so well to me usually, I'll stop in there very early in the morning when they open and they're very nice and cordial and great customer service food great food fresh just a good place. I go to loves for quick fast service throughout my travel. I stood there for 15 minutes for a 5 piece tender and added 30 minutes to my trip. Worst service I have ever dealt with of any chain at loves throughout the country. Throw the entire staff away as they were arguing and cussing instead of preparing my food. And greeted with a crappy attitude. EDIT- I guess I should had tried my food before I made this review as I always expect quality from Hardee's. My tender were overcooked and fries were cold. It was an amazing experience at this Hardee's unlike the other reviews that have been posted about this Hardee's. I had a totally different experience, the employees were really nice and kept a smile on their faces! I am so glad that I didn't judge a book by its cover. I was told while in the drive thru in the pouring rain that i would have to wait 5-10 min because they were doing a shift change. Finally after 10 min they were able to take my order. Then I waiting at the window while they counted their register. Wont be stopping here again for breakfast. read more

I placed an order via Hardees phone app. I chose the drive thru because im disabled & have difficulty walking without assistance. The app said to give my name at the drive thru to get my order, it was paid in full in advance of me arriving at the store. Once I arrived I told them I placed a mobile order & gave my name. I was told Hardees does NOT take app orders at that location & she didnt know what to tell me. I asked about a refund & she never responded. I pulled to the window & showed my order on the app. She told me again, "we dont do no app order in this drive thru". I was told I had to go inside to for my order. I point out the sticker on the window mentioning the mobile app & show them my order on the app was for drive thru not in store. She said she "don't know what to tell you, I work here & we never fill app orders in drive thru, you go inside to get food". At this point I was frustrated & didnt want the food, only a refund. When I asked for my money back & I was flatly told NO. She rolled her eyes & slammed the drive thru windows so hard they popped back open. Another lady, just as hostile as the 1st, told me I was blocking their customers & to pull forward. I asked for a refund & I'd be on my way. She rolled her eyes & walked off laughing. I did attempt to call Hardees/Carl's Jr Corporate. DON'T EVEN BOTHER, FOLKS. You can leave a message for all the good that does when you have 2 rude, obnoxious, lazy, dirty food service workers lying thru their teeth. It's obvious to me neither of these ladies are there to work. The "manager" comes outside to my suv & tosses my food. I told her I didnt not want the food 35 minutes later! & even then the order was incorrect! She told me & I quote "you have a blessed day once you get your attitude adjusted". I said excuse me? She laughed & mumbed profanities toward me as she shuffled back towards the store. Seriously Carl's Jr, this is the best you can do in this higher end market? Pathetic. Wow I wish I could leave 0 stars!! I can totally understand 1 bad experience at a restaurant because life happens. But it's literally 9/10 times I go something goes wrong.... Rude workers especially the female manager! Food is usually good once you get it. Wish I had seen the review before we stopped, I can not stand picky people but we ask for only 2 alterations on our order and Got Neither... one was hold the pickles ( which really is Not hard to do and the other was No Mayo, so I swear it had double! This is what happens when unemployable people finally get employed in a good economy. What an absolute trainwreck of an experience. It took about 30 minutes to get our lunch. During that time multiple customers came in from the drive-thru line to complain about their order being not filled properly. One customer actually came in three times and I don't think they ever got it right. It turned into a screaming match about chicken nuggets taking 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru line. The person behind the counter decided to give an equal amount of attitude back. The whole time I'm just trying to get my own food, which turned out being very substandard, even below the Hardee's standard which is a fairly low bar. I'm not sure what I was expecting from a Hardee's inside of a truck stop but in retrospect I think I got exactly what I bargain for when I pulled in here. Did I mention the fact that there were nine million trucks all over the place trying to pull into this truck stop and they clog up the entire Road at lunch time. 2nd time I have ordered a breakfast sandwich from this Hardee's. The cashier was very Nice and thanked me after handing me my order. Frisco Breakfast sandwich was barely warm . This is the 2nd time in a month I have gotten the runs after eating at this Store. Won't be eating her again. read more

I have to agree with others that this Hardees is horrible. The food took too long for fast food, and NONE of the employees smile or even pretend to give af. I've eaten here a few times and never has anyone greeted me with anything other than "Will this be for here or to go?" When I reply with "Hello" they just stare. This place is HORRIBLE! Service is sooo unfriendly and rude! With the location is such a great spot they really need to look at whom ever is doing the staffing here. They continuously get your order incorrect and it costs a small fortune for such terrible serve! Will not be returning until owner of this franchise starts coming around to see how truly the restaurant is performing! This Hardees at I-30 and Otter Creek rd is horrible. I dont know if they are understaffed or underpaid or they just dont care about the customer. Hard to understand on the drive thru. Not very friendly at the window. Ordered two Honey butter chicken sandwiches. First, cold as ice and old tough patties. I dont even know if you could call them patties. they looked like their skinny chicken tenders. More bun than chicken. Second, there was no honey butter on them, only a squirt of plain honey. Terrible service, terrible product. Hardee's has ruined their reputation and I don't think they can get it back!! read more
