Love this Hardee's for breakfast, ham biscuits are the best , just wish they were actually open longer in the day

I love Hardee's. Usually we have a great experience no matter the location. This was not. Sadly it's June 2021 and their dining room Still isn't open and they are all wearing the COVID masks when most states are opened back up. This is nothing against this establishment, but it did affect the experience. We ordered and had to pull up and wait for it - no Biggie it happens. A pleasant young man brought it out and we pulled over to the strip mall behind them to eat in shade ( it was a blistering and balmy 96F with 92% humidity). I took one bite of my sandwich and realized it was not the chicken club I ordered. Since it was a short walk, I headed up to drive in window to get my order corrected. Keep in mind dining room closed, sweltering miserable heat and their drive-through window is in the direct sun and not intended for foot traffic. I explained to the girl at window the oops they made and just asked for a correct sandwich. I handed her the incorrect one thinking she could just throw it away. She opens it with ungloved hands, lifts up the bun to canine it, then hands it bs k to me saying " we can't take this back" .....uh ok, you can't throw it away I reply? Nope she says. Like WTH?? She does say they'll make a new correct order though - so ok I'll have to find a dumpster bc no garbage can nearby. 12 minutes later she comes back saying they can't make it, they ran out of chicken. Whaaat?? It's noon and your out? No worries - how about a refund for it then because I don't want a burger. I might as well have asked for the Taj Mahal by the attitude I got. Thankfully though, a manager ( just assuming at this point) leans out with my receipt and a refund for entire order and was very pleasant. 5 stars for the refund read more

We stopped here thursday, a family of 9. employees were walking past us, not saying " hello, we will be right with you" - NOPE just walked past us. ( only 1 customer in lobby) Still at least greet your customers. FINALLY a woman came to the register, no " sorry for the wait" nope just " what can i get you" ( we were waiting for a very long time - at least 5 minutes) we order, make our drinks . a lady brings out 3 meals.. same lady brings out 5 more meals about 5 minutes later , the 6 year old food comes out last.. and they bring it, out wrong.. all in all it took about 5 minutes to order and get anyone to speak to us, it took about 25 minutes for or food.. not very FAST food. and the staff isnt friendly read more

Awful. Seriously. This was my first time going to Hardee's and I went because my husband wanted to split a cheeseburger. We ordered the Hardee's classic double cheeseburger meal and a chocolate shake. When they brought our food over, the cheeseburger was wrong. I went back and got the right one. Sat at the table and opened the wrapper expecting a big juicy cheeseburger. Nope. What was before me was a sad, smashed burger that looked like the night before leftovers. It was so tiny and when I say smashed like literally smashed down to smaller and thinner than the size of a $1 cheeseburger from their competition. It wasn't hot at all. The meat patties were paper thin. Huge disappointment. HUGE. The chocolate shake was okay but not worth going to Hardee's just for that. We definitely won't be back. read more

Hardees has a great breakfast, we usually get the Breakfast Platter, and it is consistently good and hot. They make the best biscuits in town, much better than their competitors. The waitresses are always kind and friendly, good service. read more

Hardees Gautier Location June 13, 2015, 8:51 PM Hi, I came to Hardee's tonight at 8:00 pm and there were no cars in the parking lot with two cars in the drive through. Two ladies were working and we weren't greeted during our 10 minute wait for our order. They walked by us and said nothing to us. It would have been nice if they said "someone would be with you in a moment" ,but they just walked past us and cut their eyes at us. Don't come at night unless you want to be alone. Food ok, but place totally empty. Still had to wait ten minutes as only one worker and the manager, who was cooking. Guess the advantage was they cooked it while I waited. Was not in a warmer tray. read more

Hardee's - Fast Food Near Me - Gautier, Mississippi

We drove through today for lunch and upon returning home (5 minute drive) with our $25.00 order (2 meals and some chicken strips) we found that the following: 1. Chicken strips were cold and had obviously been sitting around for a few hours 2. Both burgers were incorrect and had microscopic amounts of the condiments/additions that come with the burgers. 3. And at lunch time (location was not busy), did not have enough sweet tea made to accommodate to 1/2 and 1/2 teas I called the store and asked to speak with the Manager (Alicia). She was very rude, NEVER apologized or offered to rectify/replace/remake. Her only response was "OK". At this point I have posted comments on Hardee's site and left a voicemail for the District Manager. We'll see if anything happens. read more

While getting a coke from the fountain machine both machines dispensed a yellowish product. I also noticed some black specs floating in the cup. I showed it to the girl working the counter and she got m a drink from the fountain behind the counter. My grandson got a mellow yellow drink and he noticed black specs in his drink. I brought it to the managers attention and she said it was probably food from him drinking out of the cup. I then referred to my previous attempt of making my drink. She slammed some ice on the fountain counter top and said see no dirt. Then she started to yell at me and my response was I won't be back here to eat again she said good don't come back and when I asked for a cooperate phone number she slammed a receipt with the DM phone number yelling the whole time. I have always LOVED Hardees since I was a kid, and have normally always had a good experience when dining there. until today. I went through the drive thru, was heading to work. I ordered the new smoked link sausage link-egg-n-cheese-biscuit combo,( they finally got the speaker fixed by the way) it was awful. anyways I get my total, pull forward to pay etc., the cahier asks me to pull forward, that they have to MAKE the link sausage. so I pull forward. 10 mins. later still no food? cars whizzing passed with THEIR food. so you can imagine that I am no very happy. I get out of my car and walk inside. 5 mins pass and someone finally acknowledges me, I told them that I have been waiting now for 15 mins for my food. an older lady says it's coming up right now. another 8 mins. pass I finally get my food. and the lady did apologize for the wait, I rush out the door, get in my car, leave. Now I am at work, opened the bag, which if not pressed for time, I would normally have checked my bag before I left. so I open the bag and I see a large hash brown and 2 biscuits. so i'm thinking cool they threw in an extra for my trouble. WRONG. I had someone else's food!!! 1 plain sausage biscuit (patty sausage)and 1 patty sausage egg biscuit. I am p***ed. but I couldn't leave work and bring it back. so I get my receipt and decide to call the store to complain.. normally not how I handle things but I was mad. so the number on the receipt was an out of area number I figured maybe it's a switchboard that will re-direct me to Gautier location?.. WRONG again. the number was to the Pensacola store with a Gautier address. it keeps getting better. so I google Gautier number. after 5 attempts of calling and getting steady ring, no one ever picked up. till the 6th time I called. a girl employee answered, I asked to speak to the manager, she gets her (Rory) she was very nice, offered to replace my order, and apologized profusely. I also brought to her attention that the number and address on receipt was incorrect. She looked at it from her end and said "oh no, "i wasn't aware" thank you for telling me. will I go back again? maybe but not very good experience this time around. and it wasn't like they were unstaffed. plenty of employees in the store.
