Justin was extremely unprofessional and FREQUENTLY requested help in his personal affairs, as well as extra money for these affair. He did not listen to what we wanted or even care to look at reference photos. He began doing as he pleased with the supplies and lumber we had purchased. He had promised a job with our upstairs would be completed in one day, instead it took four days and caused our child to be unable to access their room and stay with a friend. His cost was extremely over the top for someone who left our worse way worse than before he came. Said he could install a shower. He cannot install a shower. His tile job was crap. He did not listen to how I wanted tile installed, he used his own "design". He has no design abilities. The tile was chipped and cracked...but the best was he did not install a drain. No respect whatsoever for your home. Had to have his handiwork torn out to the studs and start from scratch with someone who actually knew what he was doing. Got a $4500 arbitration award against Justin. Was told the job would take four days it's been about four weeks, it's a deck repair. Replacing decking and placing lattice; the guys are nice but the railing is crooked and they didn't finish the job. I was told they would finish 7 days ago so I wrote out the check and I've not seen them again. The checks were cashed and the jobs not done. very disappointed. read more
