I am completely floored by the level of care this clinic doles out, daily! When you're in pain, it's easy to feel out of sorts and cranky, but coming here makes all my pain bearable, because of the level of customer engagement and care! * My notables of course, and in no particular order...wait, I'm lying. Of course the part of me that's Type A has an order, and just like me it's complex. So, in the order of hierarchical engagement (don't ask, I'm complicated lol), it all starts with everyone at the front desk! They make the check-in process so easy with barely any wait-time. Truly like clockwork, how many times have you waited 15-30 minutes, sometimes longer, way AFTER your appointed time! How annoying is that, when healthcare providers have no respect for your time?! Well nothing to fear about that here, it's a finely tuned machine! * Anne in the office oriented me to what to expect and pretty much gave me a general idea of what to expect! Her winning smile is as authentic as it can be, and she introduced me to my next notable person. * Dr. "B" (can't pronounce his name), is a floating Dr for this facility, but somehow the Universe knew the type of personality I'd sync with...not stiff/conservative and with a lot of personality! He was very informative and made me feel at ease! An absolute sweetheart and professional, he's also a medical doctor and knows his sh*t! * Dr. Richards has a more tranquil and laid back demeanor (an easy confidence) and balances out the spectrum of medical personalities well. He gives you a feeling of peace & has the most amazing technique when adjusting my neck! No clack clack of that horrendous clicker (activator). Holy moly, I've got 2 favorites in one place! Be still my heart! For added context, he's an Aries like me, so the Universe has blessed me twice. * Marisela runs the show with the therapists and organizing who does what, and goes where. The place can get pretty hectic at any given hour, but she somehow knew which therapists and doctors works well for me, and if that's not a sign of true caring, and exemplary customer service, I don't know what else will! I simply adore her for taking that extra care to know her clients. * I love all the therapists there, however, in terms of holistic care and what I needed, Zadkiel has the strength and technique perfected and now I am able to sleep soundly because of his ministrations. I could go on and on about this place, it's my slice of heaven and has alleviated so much of the pain sustained in my neck and back. Truly grateful to each and every one! Lastly (I know, I know), medical professionals often go under appreciated and so it's one of the many reasons I take the time to write reviews that reflect my unique and nuanced experience. If I could give this center 20 stars, it would still not be enough to express my gratitude and affection for the heart of the people all ensconced in one place! Monica has shown the upmost exceptional customer service and kindness. She had helped watch my son while I was doing X-rays who she went above and beyond for me. Therapist are involved kind and really want to make u feel comfortable and making sure the Therapy is helping. The facility is clean organized and everyone works carefully and efficiently from the office to the doctors. Lori started with educating us thoroughly on the company, procedure, showed us thermal images to see what all the colors meant. She took the images and showed us so we could see, was very attentive and gave us that medical professional/patient engagement one could only hope for when you go for any health appointments. We got our extensive reports that same evening and next morning. Truly amazing how fast they work and truly are so detailed in the report with suggestions on what to do next. I had great news and my husband has had issues with pins and needles on his foot and his head and neck area. We were able to narrow down what could be going on with him just from those snapshots and the report. Now we know he needs to follow up with a couple of specialists and I am so relieved. Another bonus is they don't just send you off with meds, and no radiation, very important! They scan any part of the body you want where you're in pain or any discomfort, they also have an immuno scan, to let you know how your immune system is and where if there's inflammation, it's coming from, just amazing! we are fans for life and am very grateful to Lori and her team!

They offered no apology or discount, although I spoke to the owner voicing my extreme displeasure with not only having to waste my time, but with the overall discomfort of having another procedure with contrast. Just received an additional bill for said service (March 2026)!! Just don't go. Very unprofessional.

As it is extremely difficult to stay in the same spot for 30 minutes without moving, this is even more difficult for a claustrophobic patient that is being kept in a tiny enclosed space. After about 20 minutes I began to struggle and twitch a bit. I was determined to get through the MRI but the doctor had placed headphones over my ears with horrific music playing. Over the horrific music he is yelling "STOP MOVING" After his third time scolding me I decided to end the session as I could feel panic arising and taking over my body. I just needed to move my body and get out of the tiny enclosed space. The doctor was also rude, cold, and had ZERO manner.

When my doctor prescribed an ultrasound, I went back to 310. Yesterday at 310, I found out there was another office upstairs at 300 W 41 Street with an entrance a couple doors down from 310 W 41 Street. They do ultrasounds upstairs. So I thought I better do another review for 300 because things were different upstairs. Things went very smoothly upstairs, contrary to downstairs. I arrived a little early. Checked in and sat down. Within 1 minute, the ultrasound tech called my name and whisked me off to the ultrasound room. Within 30 minutes, she was done, and off I went to do other errands. She was very nice and professional. I am impressed with the customer service upstairs and would return for any future visits.

It was ChenMed director and CEO founders fault for breaking surface and kept me banned from seeing my ENT specialist for my painful ear inner infection,allergies,and Tmj. I already took my paper from ent shown to my doctor proof that who I always has seen same ent specialist for more than five years under same name. My doctor and I agreed on same page even it wasn't her fault because she didn't have her authority anything which she is stuck with her supervisors restriction rules only will do for their own preference without following for every patients health insurance providers. The director told me they only take big focus on only one big nonprofit organization who only work with ChenMed providers only and didn't even care for whatever patient use health insurance it has to what patients has to use under same clinic only. I checked with my health insurance they told me it was no problem for where I go for every specialists appointments outside of clinic under same network under my health insurance it always has been accepted without conflicts. I was complete in disbelief shock to see how limit for every primary physican has no authority power do by his or her job due to their supervisor via ChenMed corporate headquarter team turned out only use empowering didn't allow doctors use his or her authority do referrals from what patient requested for.
