Turn at the traffic lights beside the main car park near the tourist information centre and library and follow the road around into the car park. From here you need to cross the main road at the traffic lights, climb up a steep pathway beside a restaurant, then through a shopping mall on the left (The Willings Passage Mews) to reach the town centre.

There is a ramp walkway to one side (behind the area set aside for coaches) which takes you up to the main road, which you then follow downhill to get to the beach or town. It's such a shame as it's the second time I've tried to visit Narberth whilst holidaying in the area and there are so many lovely independent shops and nice places to eat. Limited parking is not helping the local businesses. We would have had lunch and probably spend more money, but instead had a mad dash around then back to the car to see cars still unable to park.

It is well signed parking area and easy to find (follow the signs when arriving in Ammanford), and there is a covered walkway to the road. This is an open-air car park on one level with a lot of spaces, practically opposite the other one. It's not far to walk into town from here - just around the corner towards Tesco. Up to 4 hours it's only £2 (between 8.00am and 6.00pm) which is very good these days, and free for disabled badge holders.
