This is an ongoing issue that management has been made aware of multiple times, and yet nothing is ever done to clean or maintain the area! Not only is this costing residents money and causing constant inconvenience, it's also a serious hazard to the many dogs and pedestrians passing by daily. The neglect here is astounding, and any complaints seem to fall on deaf ears. It's incredibly disappointing that such a nice building is being so poorly managed. If you're considering moving here, know that you'll be paying premium rent for subpar management and complete disregard for resident safety.
