They provide excellent service and the staff are super friendly. I'd love to recommend my friends and families to come here.

Feloor Is the absolute best !!!!!!My experience with Feloor the dental hygienist today went above and beyond in every way. Not only did she do the most thorough and gentle cleaning I've ever had, but she also treated me with such kindness, compassion, and genuine care. I was feeling overwhelmed about the deep cleaning I needed and wasn't sure how I could afford it. She took the time to listen, explain my options, and helped me find a solution that made it possible. Her patience, support, and willingness to help meant so much to me. I've had many dental cleanings over the years, and I can honestly say she did the best cleaning I've ever received. Her professionalism, skill, and caring attitude made what could have been a stressful appointment into a truly positive experience. She is an incredible asset to your practice, and I am so grateful for the outstanding care she provided. Thank you for having someone so dedicated, compassionate, and exceptional on your team. She is absolutely amazing read more

Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism. Office is cold as a meat locker No magazines or TV in the cramped waiting room. Playing some loud rap music on a radio Had to pay in advance!! Had to wait 40 minutes for appointment Was promised some oral sedation which was denied to me Left without treatment] read more

Update after the owner's response: My concern was never that insurance doesn't cover everything. I understand that dental insurance has limitations. My concern is that I repeatedly stated that I only wanted services covered by my insurance, yet I was still presented with charges for services I had specifically declined. That issue was not addressed in the response. The response also mentions transparency, but that was not my experience. I had to repeatedly ask which services were actually covered, which were optional, and which I would be paying for out of pocket. A friend of mine had a similar experience at this office. He came in for a routine cleaning and left with a large treatment plan, but never actually received the cleaning he originally scheduled. There is a difference between recommending necessary treatment and aggressively upselling optional services. Unfortunately, the line felt very blurred here, which is why I chose to seek care elsewhere. read more

Watch out for this place. They try to get you in by telling you one price. Then, once they see you, the price doubles waste of time and not right of them to lie. To people definitely would not come here again read more

Today I had an appointment for 1 pm and then got texted not even an hour before to let me know that my slot got moved for an "emergency deep cleaning" and take in mind I've had this appointment set for now 2 months I love this office and all of the hard working people in it but this was very disappointing read more

I had a great experience at Harbor Smiles! Everyone at this office is super friendly and accommodating. I had the full treatment. X-rays, an exam and the best cleaning I've ever had! Everyone was super knowledgeable and thorough. The price was pretty reasonable as well. I'm so relieved to have finally found a great dentist/office to be loyal to. read more

This was my first and last visit. I made an appointment for an annual cleaning which includes an exam and X-ray. They did the X-rays twice because the first dental assistant apparently did not capture the images correctly, and then I was told I would have to schedule another visit for the cleaning. An hour and twenty minutes was spent at my annual dental cleaning appointment to not have any cleaning done. read more

I am so happy that I found this dental office. I have never felt like I had complete transparency on cost when seeing a dentist, but that changed today. Not only was I informed on all options and price points before any costly work was performed, but I was also able to sit down with admin and she explained every aspect of my bill, explained my options given my insurance, answered all my questions with a smile and ensured that I was making the correct financial decision given my dental needs. I left my appointment with knowledge about dentistry and dental insurance that I had never heard before. I really appreciated every minute of the whole team's time, amazing people from start to finish. read more

Valerie upfront staff was extremely helpful. Doctor listened to concerns and recommended only what was needed.

Not Recommend!! They lied to us. My insurance for Crown Copay is supposed to be $350-400. They added up a lot of nonsense charges to $1200, and they said the insurance does not pay them. That doesn't make sense. I found out they got $600 from the insurance. Which means just 1 crown for $1800. That's crazy. read more

I always have a positive experience at Harbor Smiles. The office and staff are always warm and welcoming. I feel truly cared for and not just another patient. I have never been pressured into unnecessary care and everything that has been done has been top notch and stood the test of time! Absolutely appalled at how this dentist office is running its practice now. I confirmed with them that my daughter's wisdom teeth would be covered with my insurance and relied on their word. They then sent me a bill 6 months later and said I was responsible for paying it. Incredible how they do not stick by their word. I would not have agreed to the services had I known they were going to charge me half a year later. It gets better though! They sent it to collections where they decided to almost double what they were requesting. Incredibly unethical. Go somewhere else. They are not trustworthy read more

I never really enjoyed the dentist nor cared to prioritize it, thus i'm catching up on it all. This time around I'm getting a root canal Andrew and Dr. C are AWESOMEEE. Made me very comfortable and numbed me UP. Office is clean and friendly and if you're lucky, your room will have nice views of the San Gabriel mountains :D read more

My first time to visit the office wanted to use my HMO instead of my PPO to see how things went, and the difference in costs to me. On March 3rd. I forgot to ask for Dr. Manoli and spoke said to her young associate who indicated that I may need a bridge replacement and I had a cavity one or two cavities, one on the opposite side of my mouth as I recall, I'm close to another bridge. Ideally, selecting a new doctor develops into a relationship in the best sense of the word. I requested the price and notes from the doctor on the recommended treatment.. I did this three times I left a message I sent an email. I left another message . Nada. Today is march 17 , still no information as to their plan of care nor my price with an HMO! The first time I called, the doctor was not in the second time I called to request copies of my dental x-rays and plan of action I was told the lady that prices procedures wouldn't be in until the following week. The third time I called I requested copies of my dental exam x-rays and was told they couldn't give me the color ones but could send the black and white, via email. They did (Thank you) I never indicated I wasn't interested in working with them nor did I ask them not to provide me with a plan of action and estimated costs, which I believe could be higher with an HMO on items not covered on a PPO. I still have my PPO and for the moment plan to continue with my present dentist who will only take the PPO. And gives me estimated costs before I walk out the door. Too bad because the office was certainly very warm lots of smiles I like the radio station. Plus several of my neighbors go there and they have stellar reviews. Maybe it's just a one time thing? read more

I absolutely love this place. The staff is very friendly and makes me feel very comfortable. The receptionist, Chante is amazing at what she does. She always has a smile on her face when she talks to the patients. Valerie, is very helpful with any questions regarding your treatment plan and the insurance side of things. Dr. Manali is a great dentist! She is very knowledgeable and has the patience to break down my treatment plan so that I understand it. She lets me know what my options are and what she thinks will be the best treatment for me. Andrew is a wonderful back office dental assistant. He always makes it a point to say hello and check in with me when I'm in the office. Overall, this place is really wonderful and caring. read more

My teenage daughter thought the dentist was friendly. However, the treatment plans put together by the office manager didn't correctly apply my benefit plan. I've reviewed and compared and the insurance wasn't applied correctly. As an example: the treatment plan indicates a code that shows the patient cost as $150.00 with no discount, but my benefit plan shows a co-pay of $15.00. In the short time my daughter was there it happened with different codes, on different appointments. I don't know if this is intentionally done to get more money, or carelessness, but either way, it's concerning. Also, the facility said my daughter needed a root canal and scheduled her with an out-of-network endo - which would have cost a lot more $$. I declined the out-of-network endo, and found one that was in-network. Once my daughter went to the appointment, that in-network endo examined her and said she DIDN'T need the root canal. From the treatments suggested to the treatment plan costs, it was hard to trust this place. read more

I'm a new patient at Harbor Smiles. Very friendly staff working there. Had to get x-Rays and well done with the pictures. Dr. Manali Patel went over my X-Rays and very good explaining what to watch out for with my teeth. I felt very comfortable with her. I highly recommend her. Then after I got my teeth polished and made my next apt. for my next teeth cleaning. I walked out with a wow feeling and very excited I choose to go to Harbor Smiles. read more

very pleased with the whole team. professional, flexible and compassionate. would highly recommend !

Office experience is a joke, can't manage to keep track of payments or estimates. Asked me to sign off on Invisalign payment schedule after more than a year of payments made. The final document was $1k over what I had originally signed off, but they aren't able to locate that one. Listed charges on an estimate, that should have been covered by insurance. After they corrected it, and my boyfriend paid the amount ; they attempted to charge him more after the fact. He went in for a cleaning and a filling, they "forgot" to do his filling and he had to come back. So done with this office. read more

The experience all around really amazing both front & back office very pleasant. Doctor Manali, impressed me with her knowledge, kindness and sensitivity discussing all issues. Due to insurance change our options are now very limited and our family had to jump over a couple of terrible experiences until finally we found a clinic that is worth trusting with one of my deepest fears and sensitive triggers. Front office explanation of benefits top notch, you do not feel like this is a sell deal and they are trying to trow everything in that you do not need. Best experience I've had in years, can wait to get my treatment started. read more
