Harbor Ridge Apartments is relatively new to me as a resident. My roommate and I have been here since Dec of 2020 and it's no secret that 2020 was a year of panic, unrest, rioting , Covid 19 pandemic and what still feels like the beginnings of revolutionary change across America. With that in mind, Harbor Ridge has been a blessing to many of us residents who currently reside here. I have worked and lived at some of the finest communities that the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area has to offer and each came with its own set of challenging issues. In my experience over the years I have found that it is the management team, staff, or person who attends to the many residents daily needs that makes or breaks the overall quality of living at any property. Fortunately, we are blessed to have an amazing on site property manager who deeply cares for the residents at Harbor Ridge. I frequently visit the front office and every single time, I have personally witnessed Lashon give each and every prospective or current resident the highest standard of customer service and genuine care which sets the highest standard to what we should all look for and expect from any property management team. Lashon is exceptional everyday at managing Harbor Ridge single handedly. There will always be people who are never happy no matter what we do. To those people I say, try a more grateful approach to life in general and be appreciative to the people who deal with your in person negativity but also your negative comments here. My guess is, walk a mile in her shoes and maybe a better understanding of her challenges everyday will bring a little more kindness and a little less ugliness. This is a community and we are all responsible for
its harmony. Appreciate what people do for you and thank God for them. Not only do they not have to put up with your constant complaining and criticism, but they do it because they choose to serve the community we live in for the greater good. Take time to thank Lashon today and whenever you get a moment in the future. She works hard to develop relationships with the residents here at Harbor Ridge and wants you to know that she is there to provide you with the resources and guidance you may need to make you a happier resident because she genuinely cares. And don't be afraid to lend a helping hand or offer a polite suggestion if you have ideas for improvements. That being said, Thank you so very much Lashon! I appreciate and see the unwavering amount of dedication and heart you give to our community everyday!
