The crew was extremely hard working & professional. They made certain to thoroughly complete the job. They are now our GO-TO-COMPANY from this day forward. Our home and property looks FANTASTIC! Also, you can depend on them to follow up with calls and arrive when they say they will. That's VERY important and certainly impressed me. The prices were fantastic for all the services we received. She has been highly responsive since our initial request for pricing and availability. She is on-time and has been flexible when our plans have changed (family visiting). All positive signs, right? But how is the cleaning? Maydelin knows how to really clean- truly a professional. We have always had cleaning services in our homes for over 30 years. There are only two that we would consider exceptional and this is one of them. But remember, you get what you pay for. She was the not the cheapest price, but she shows up on-time and does an awesome job. If your looking for the lowest price, best to probably look elsewhere. This is a fairly new business, but there is no doubt she will be booking up her schedule quickly.

Occasion: pre-Thanksgiving deep clean…read more I found them online and reached out on Monday about booking before Thanksgiving. I wanted a deep clean so the owner recommended I wait until Tuesday to talk to his lead and assured me that they can still get us in before the holiday. I waited, had the conversation I needed, and booked for Wednesday. Three hours later I get a cancellation. They were apologetic but I noticed in a few other reviews that this happens with them. Did they take the job knowing that they couldn't fulfill (but also that they'd prevented me from hiring anyone else) or did they have an emergency? I'll never know because I'd deep clean the house myself at this point before I'd hire them again. Would I recommend/return? NO to both

SCAMMERS!!! Do not use Deep Blue Clean!!!…read more Deep Blue Clean forced me to pay $975 for an unnecessary "deep clean" of my house to begin service with them; but they did such an awful job (and broke my glass chandelier) that they had to come back and do it over again. Then, once I started the routine bi-weekly cleaning service with them, they quickly went back on their original quote and increased it by over $100, claiming the original quote was a clerical error. When I voiced my frustration, the manager Soliani said "this isn't going to work out" and essentially cut me off instead of taking accountability and trying to make it right. That's just bad business. I told her to terminate my account with them and to send me a check for my broken chandelier, but she said she cannot do that without me providing a receipt/link of my purchase (which I no longer have access to, as I've had the chandelier for 5+ years). What a crock. At the end of the day, Deep Blue Clean has been an extreme disappointment with mediocre cleanings and shady business practices. BEWARE!!!

One, don't assume people aren't just not calling you back. They have lives too. secondly, after the review, I received a very kind response from the owner and understood what happened. Needless to say, I felt bad for leaving the review. I did due to the circumstances. She was very kind and polite and I will be giving them a call again. The only thing I could find was to update the review so if this is a second review, I tried to correct the first one. I believe she deserves five stars for her timely reply and the genuine sincerity she put forth. I will be calling her again and look forward to working with her.
