We recently had our home treated for termites and had a lot of wood damage that needed to be both replaced and repaired. I contacted Rene via telephone and he was able to come out the next day to look at the damaged areas. Later, via email, he sent me an itemized quote detailing the work that would be performed along with the payment structure based upon the proposed work process. I contacted several other contractors in order to perform a price comparison but one never got back to me and the other two never showed up for the scheduled appointment. I liked Rene from the start and so I decided to proceed with Creative Coating and take my chances. It was probably one of my best decisions in recent years! Both Rene and Juan (who did most of the actual work) were PHENOMENAL! The price was fair and the workmanship was OUTSTANDING. Their attention to detail is unbelievable and they saw and fixed things that I had never even noticed. In addition, Juan went beyond the call of duty and painted a door frame that I had neglected to finish painting on my own. He arrived early and cleaned up the area each and every day. He, like Rene, was very cordial, polite and respectful. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with a contractor. We will soon be having them come back to power wash our house and make some additional repairs to the stucco. I've already referred Creative Coating to several family members and I am sure they will be just as pleased. I only wish that I had taken before pictures so that you could see the quality of their work. If you need contracting work done, do not hesitate to contact Rene at Creative Coating Systems. I contracted with Belman Pavers to do my backyard after my neighbor did. After being told the same…read morecrew would come back in two weeks to do my property, I signed the contract with him. It took 6 weeks for a different crew to finally show up. Not a great experience - they took out a drain that was supposed to have been left, put another drain in a wrong place, and badly sloped the back part of the property after insufficiently removing excess dirt. My back door now scrapes on the pavers when I open it. The sand was not done properly so I have weeds growing around my drains and along the house. They also left my garage door open when they dumped the gravel/sand, resulting in everything in my garage being covered in a thick layer of dust. And the kicker - when they finished the project, they left a pallet of extra pavers in my driveway, blocking my garage for 6 MONTHS. Victor then sent yet a different crew to do my front patio area. They were not able to do my stairs as promised. Would have resulted in stairs that were 9" instead of the 7" which is code. Worst part is that after the crew left, I discovered that 2 of my irrigation pipes were broken in 5 places. Victor promised to have someone come fix it - his subcontractor refused so he asked me to have my gardener do it and said he would pay him directly. My gardener did the work and despite over 2 MONTHS following up, was never paid. I finally paid my gardener the $400 for the screw up that Belman Pavers made. Months later, I am still trying to get Victor to pay me back. He will not pick up when I call nor will he respond to my texts. Buyer beware! DO NOT USE BELMAN PAVERS! Victor will tell you a good story but will bait-and-switch the crew, underperform, and will not honor his word.

He listened to the ideas we had for the design of the yard and gave some suggestions without being pushy. He met us at the store that sold the material and helped us choose the stone and color for the look we were trying to achieve. The work was done in a short amount of time without it being rushed through and in spite of the fact that we were newbie's at this and had ideas that didn't always work. We were so pleased with the end result that we immediately had the driveway and front walkway done as well as the area around the driveway pedestrian gate. Roger's reasonable price allowed us to complete that job as well and, like the backyard, was sorely needed. That job was also done in less than a week.
