I got into the bed of the truck to help and he said very genuinely "Oh Ma'am I can do this" I helped anyway it was 20 and it was very hot outside. He seemed to appreciate that! Not a friendly store what so ever. We decided to check this place out for the first time after…read moreseeing the smiling happy guy on the TV ads. Well there were no smiles here. We did buy a few plants that were picked over badly. We checked out through the outdoor area where some young kid was sitting on a chair acting as if we were a bother. We had to wait for him to finish texting before he checked us out. We didn't get a hello a howdy NOTHING all we got was the total. Not even a thank you. My wife said thank you and the guy says YES. So two words from him. The total amount t due and Yes. That's it! I think that's a crying shame to have some jerk running the cash stand outside and we had to wait for him. And his two words. The guy is lucky I didn't clock him one in the jaw for being a prick. I'm reaching out to management today to express my concern. This fellow needs to move on. I'll NEVER go back because of him. You don't treat people like that ! This boy needs a down home farm whoopin. I'd be glad to hand it to him. I hope the staff or owner or Corp reads this. You need to coach these people. Walked into the store unknowing it was closing time upon walking in 2 employees just stared at us…read moredidn't welcome us or mind to politely remind us it was closing time. Instead a guy rudely rushed us to get out of the store because it was closing time like 2 mins later when we were in an isle. Didn't bother bagging any of our items and just scanned from the cart. Mind you it's 7:05 during check out. It's never the way the store looks or what's in stock the store is always great but the customer service could absolutely be more polite. My bad for wasting 5 mins of your time.
