I came here yesterday to wash my clothes and witnessed one of the most unprofessional and alarming…read morecustomer service situations I've ever seen in any business. Another customer calmly told the worker that the machine she was using did not have hot water. Instead of offering help or a solution, the worker (who I believe is the owner) became very rude and aggressive. She said, "Do you want me to take it out?" and then proceeded to physically remove the woman's clothes from the machine, causing water to spill all over the floor. What should have been a simple customer service issue turned into a heated argument that nearly escalated into a physical fight. The customer asked for her money back and was refused. When the customer left the building, instead of letting the situation calm down, the worker followed her outside and continued to yell. The customer was upset, but she was only expressing her frustration near her car. The worker then shouted things like, "You have no home training" and "You're from the projects." The worker was a white woman, and the customer was an older Black woman. Hearing comments like that in 2025 was upsetting, inappropriate, and absolutely unprofessional. As a Navy veteran, I stepped in to try to deescalate things, because the situation was genuinely unsafe. The worker continuing to pursue the customer outside could have easily led to someone feeling threatened enough to defend themselves. Situational awareness was completely missing. It could have ended very badly. I will not be returning to this laundromat. Beyond poor customer service, there were clear safety concerns and discriminatory behavior. No one should feel unsafe or disrespected while simply trying to wash their clothes.

They do their best to accommodate every request--for example, one day service for emergencies....Everyone I know also uses Daisy Fresh. Clothes smell fresh, service is reliable, employees are friendly.

I did appreciate that the attendant was helpful, it was a comfortable temperature inside and a relaxing vibe in there However, some of the washers were leaking, several were broken and some of the dryers were out of service. There was also no soap in the restroom. I wasn't also shocked to see that the machines were coins only.

They also host events every now and then for the community which is awesome! They've had raffles. They also utilize an app so you can pay for your laundry service as well as check the status on your laundry being washed or dried. I love that. They have vending machines as well for laundry items such as detergent, fabric softener and a machine for snacks. We go here often.

When asked about the rude behavior, I was told because I failed to give him the receipt when he asked for it. When I get home and observe my property, I discovered that a press shirt was poorly pressed, and a pair of slacks that was asked not to be creased, was creased. This cleaner has a reputation of being a premium cleaners, not to mention premium prices, but in return subpar service. In the past, I've had to return a comforter that was never cleaned. When I contact the employee, he advised to return it within 20 minutes and he would correct it. 20 minutes was not conducive for me. I refuse to give my hard earned money to any business that does not provide quality service with dignity, pride and respect!
