On my first booking with her, I contacted her a week before to confirm everything. I have 5 pets, one is a diabetic who requires shots twice a day. On this particular occasion, Elizabeth contacted me three days before my trip to let me know that a new member of her staff would be coming to do the midday feeding. She also mentioned that this new person would be giving my diabetic dog his midday insulin shot. I TOLD HER THAT MY DOG DOES NOT GET A MIDDAY INSULIN SHOT, ONLY A MORNING AND EVENING SHOT WHICH WOULD BE DONE BY THE OVERNIGHT PERSON! This scared me, because if left unchecked my dog would most likely die from hypoglycemia and we had gone over this in detail at the meet and greet.I had never met this new person and this caused immense anxiety before my vacation. I told her that I wanted to meet this new person who would be coming into my home and she reluctantly agreed. I had already met another member of her team that would be doing overnights. We met with this new member and went over everything once again, which is quite involved. Everything went well that first visit. The second booking was a longer one, 8 nights, and I found it increasingly difficult to get in touch with Elizabeth, she actually turns off her notifications after hours so she cannot be reached. My pets did fine , thanks to a reliable member of her team whom she later fired because I reached out to her when I couldn't reach Elizabeth. Then Elizabeth changed her website as I was trying to book two upcoming vacations. I contacted her and told her I was having a hard time booking on the website and it was very important that I was booked due to my pets needs. She answered that she would get back to me in 24-48 hours. I then received a text and email from her that she "regretfully " decided not to do business with me in the future. This woman comes across as technologically knowledgeable, however she is not accessible and to me that is very important when I am away from my home and pets. She is a fraud, lying to me from the beginning that she plays an active part in her business when in reality she plays no part at all except for collecting money. I warn anyone who loves their pets to look elsewhere, this is not a reliable company.

    I had high hopes for Cheryl & wishbone pet services. We were…read moregone for 6 days and left two cats in Cheryl's care. I laid out specific instructions. Both to her on initial visit and again in writing on my counter after we left, two visits a day to feed cats and open and close front verticals where our one cat likes to lay all day and watch the birds & squirrels. Kitchen fan light was to be left on the whole time. Our second night gone we checked in on our security camera at 8:30pm and saw that our front verticals were wide open and the kitchen light was on, so every person driving by my house could see right inside as plain as day and know that we were not at home. I contacted Cheryl via WhatsApp right away(twice) and she read my message right away but ignored it until the next morning. Cheryl lives not even 5 min. From my house!! If that was me and my business I would have responded to my client right away and taken care of the problem/issue right away. Because she chose to ignore my message and the rest of the visits she turned the kitchen light OFF I honestly can not recommend her or wishbone. Had their been an emergency with my cats and I contacted her would she have ignored me?? I won't take that chance with my pets.
