The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to each child's growth and well-being. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and supported. The owner, Georgina, creates a safe, fun, and educational environment where kids are encouraged to learn, play, and thrive. The bilingual program is also a huge plus, helping children become more confident and well-rounded. My child looks forward to going every day, which speaks volumes! If you're looking for a daycare that treats your children like family, this is the place. I highly recommend My Magic World Daycare to any parent searching for a reliable, loving, and professional childcare provider.

The teachers are warm and inviting and truly care about their little ones daily needs as well as looking into the future and preparing them for the next step. Curriculum is being updated and teachers are attending trainings and 1 on 1 assistance with their lesson plans. The four season porch is absolutely unique and something I have never seen in a daycare. The children are able to experience all elements without getting muddy and bit by mosquitoes. They're able to watch and listen to the rain coming down as well as enjoying the beauty of the ground getting covered with a blanket of white snow.

"Red flags" galore I…read morecan't comment on how the children are taken care of but I can comment on how unprofessional the staff is. My husband and I viewed this daycare two months before our daughter was born. It was our second choice but we met with management and staff and felt at ease. We were confident this would be a good place for our daughter when I returned to work when she was 3 months old. We paid our check and put in the enrollment paperwork and were told we had a spot. 3 weeks before I was set to start work I called to schedule a time to come by with her to get her acclimated. The assistant director told me they had no record of her and no spots available for when she was supposed to start. How does this happen? Apparently after we paid they changed the director and assistant director and lost a bunch of records about who they had promised spots to. This isn't even the part that bothers me. NO ONE ever apologized for the mistake. They told me they'd call me back by the end of that week with a solution (hiring more teachers, etc). Do you think I ever heard back from them? Nope. They even confirmed they had our check and paperwork. The assistant director told me, "I don't know who would have told you you had a spot so far in advance. This isn't the way the world works." Thankfully I got my "red flag" about this place early and my daughter will be starting daycare at a place that is more organized and professional. Today I called to tell them I was coming by to pick up my check. Again no apology about how unprofessional this was, no apology for not calling back ever. They had my check with contact information on it for 5 months without thinking to call and ask why I had paid the exact amount of a deposit. If this place treats the children even half as bad as they treated us, it should be shut down.

To validate a point made by another reviewer, it is indeed true that sensitive information about parents is discussed with other parents. I was personally told information about another parent by the Director, Madeline, which I found to be highly unprofessional. One particular incident that caused me significant concern was when I arrived to drop off my children and found the 2-year-olds and 3-year-olds sitting on the curb outside. As I drove up the driveway, the children were in close proximity to my car, creating a potentially dangerous situation. When I decided that the daycare's closure for a week and its shortened Friday summer hours conflicted with my work schedule, I provided a two-week notice for my two youngest children and informed the Director of the end date for my oldest, which was three weeks later. Following this, the situation deteriorated. A few days later, the Director informed me that she had contacted Care 4 Kids, received approval, and had already sent out certificates for my oldest to leave on the same date as my two youngest--essentially forcing my oldest out of the daycare because of our decision to leave. When I inquired why she had contacted Care 4 Kids and changed the date without consulting me, she did not provide a satisfactory answer and instead suggested discussing it later, which never happened as she was consistently unavailable. I then contacted Care 4 Kids and was informed that they had no record of her call, and my oldest child's end date in their system remained the date I had originally chosen. This raised concerns that she might have been attempting to collect funds for the weeks my child would no longer be attending. I am inclined to believe that this may have happened with other families as well. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this daycare, not because of the staff, but due to the actions of the Director. In my opinion, her daughter, who is much more professional, would be a better fit for the Director role. I will also be advising those I referred to this daycare to consider other options.
