They said they'd get back to me with an ETA and I didn't get anything. They really didn't seem to care so I guess they won't care about my honest review. It's not like I was asking for same day service. Professionals don't do this. If there's a problem, a professional will call you and make you aware of the problem. They didn't call. I had to call them and when they told me they'd put me on the schedule first thing the following day, I said NO! I waited 5 hours before I called. I've called another company and I'll edit this review after the work is completed. The MOORES DOORS COMPANY HAS NO PROBLEMS WASTING YOUR TIME SO DON'T LET THEM. Don't do business with people like these who don't care if they waste your time. There are better companies so use another company!

He showed up within the hour and fixed my door in an hour as well. I knew my torsion spring was broken but decided to take care of both while he was here. I explained that the door opener seemed to struggle some for the several months, but I was not sure the correct springs were installed by the builder. He looked at the springs and agreed that he had a larger spring that would make it easier for opener and last several thousand more openings. Mark was very quick, clean, and thorough through the whole process. He lubricated every single part on both my doors not just the one that was broken. He adjusted the chain on one opener. Then he literally adjusted every single hinge until the door was rolling smooth as ever and very little noise!! Would highly recommend him! Even heard him give out a competitors name and number to contact for someone who called out of his service area. Could have easily said he doesn't work in that area and been done.

I did want something fresh and updated since the fence it was replacing had been about as plain as fence could be. The owner of the company is the one that came to design and quote. He was friendly and creative. We designed a horizontal fence with a multi height design since it goes uphill. The price quote was very reasonable so I signed up and a couple of weeks later I had a beautiful fence in place. They built it in about 4 hours. I will admit I was a bit worried as my tulips were sprouting right in front of where the fence goes. They were very careful and the tulips survived!
