He deshedded instead of what I was quoted, he did not need deshedding and it ruined his top coat. I have owned Golden Retriever's for over 50 years. Worst groom ever! I can do it better myself. Would not recommend ? He definitely was not professionally trained in Grooming?

When I called I was told they were booked till the following week but that she could squeeze Teddy in for a sanity shave and a clean up around his face and nail trim. That way I could have a little time to get him in for a full groom. The woman I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I was out of town so my mom brought Teddy over the next day and they cleaned him up. The woman who was cleaning him up stayed a little after they closed to finish the job and let my mom stay with Teddy the whole time. She went above and beyond and he looked good. The prices are reasonable as well. I will definitely be bringing him back to Happy Tails for a full groom!

He has groomed our long-haired rescue Dachshund 3 times now. I was very worried about handing her over to him, as she suffers from a great deal of social anxiety and separation anxiety and has been known to growl and snap at strangers. The first two times Roman groomed her, she came out looking beautiful and surprisingly relaxed. I was thrilled. The next time did not go as well, unfortunately, but Roman handled it like the amazing pro he is. He had groomed my dog entirely, but when he went to cut her nails, she had a diarrhea attack in his van. He explained this to me, patiently. I was mortified, but Roman's concern was not for himself or his van, but only for my dog-- he wanted to figure out what triggered her response to make sure it didn't happen again. I feel lucky indeed to call myself a client of Roman and his Dog Gone Clean Mobile Salon!

Kevin, the owner, is beyond nice. I read in another post that Kevin is "zen" like with dogs, and that is the truth! Daisy is a shih tzu rescue. She was completely matted when she was rescued, so my fiance and I like to keep her with a puppy cut that she likes... I think that when her hair gets longer it makes her depressed and reminds her of her homeless days. Anyway, Kevin gave her a perfect puppy cut, precisely like we wanted. And Daisy didn't want to leave the place, she was so happy! For basic questions: her grooming was $50.00, which is a very reasonable price. The grooming included bathing, nail clipping and lots of love. We already made an appointment with Kevin for Daisy's next hair cut. I highly recommend this groomer. I posted before and after pics of Daisy.
